Love working with Powertex. Sales guys always find me exactly what I need and their design department has turned out some awesome designs for our company. Our company (Suppz) does everything from international sales to small retail stores, so I love the flexibility Powertex gives us of being able to vastly different sized product runs while still giving us a very fast turnaround. Definitely recommend!
Overall a great place to work with quite a bit of growth potential. Since there are various departments and specialty areas, it gives employees the opportunity to follow and apply their passions accordingly.
Management gives employees the freedom to manage their own tasks, however that can prove to be challenging for those who are not self starters, or aren't capable of creative problem solving and seeing a project through to completion.
The company culture is very 'family-owned' driven, you don't feel like a number, you feel like part of the team. Leadership takes interest in the happiness and success of the hardworking and committed employees.

I m not sure where to start with this place..... The supervisors have no clue, constantly blaming employees for things they fail to communicate. They have a job trainer that doesn t do their job, and is gone 50% of the time and shows up whenever she feels like it. When the job trainer is there she is constantly setting up people for failure, mixing up shirt sizes on purpose or just flat out doesn t tell you anything. The ventilation in the building is garbage and barley can breath at times, and gets VERY VERY HOT IN THERE 120 degrees plus , they also fail to tell you some of the the products you are working with are cancerous and BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. My first day at this company was one to remember. No structure, wasn t told what to do, The supervisor got in my face and cussed me out for something he failed to tell me, put me on lines with no sort of training or guidance. This place strives for professionalism but sadly it s far from it! The people you work around are toxic, rude, and unpleasant to work with. over 50% of their workforce does drugs and alcohol on the job, and they ALLOW IT how professional is that? One thing i see they do right however is giving the mentally challenged adults jobs at this company and to be honest they deserve better they are treated like garbage and disrespected on a daily basis also paid worse then the already merely 12 an hour you get. There raise is a joke also! When you get hired on they promise pay wage increases, but you will get little to no raise at all! They do not offer competitive pay, There benefits are awful and expensive coming in at about $1,500 for family Heath insurance a month! There is WAYYY to many cons about this place stay away!

Our original order with Powertex was accidentally incorrect. Though it wasn't immediately recognized on their part, it eventually was, and our order was corrected very promptly and professionally. It would improve their customer service greatly if they worked more closely with clients, especially with small orders like ours.
I came to them with a random order for my staff ( about 15 items were needed) they treated me GREAT, they ensured that I was satisfied, that the design was what I was asking for and that I was happy with the finished product. The quality and options are great, the price was very competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter the size of your order! Great front desk staff, great sales, just a great experience all the way around, I will definitely utilize them again!
