I always find their team to be a great help at the annual PLEAC conference when I have questions. You can also have your files reviewed remotely so it makes the audit process that much easier to complete. I highly recommend this company.

Really superb company used by organizations and institutions for policy and procedure management. Some of the capabilities include: public facing documents, internal documentation, administrative workflows, revision history; it also integrates with Microsoft for desktop editing, and you can utilize it for training/ course credentials.
It makes administrative tasks MUCH easier and eliminates the need for paper in the process. The system also works with various accreditation standards and organizations can link documentation/training to electronically within the system. Fantastic all around!
Excellent service for managing, issuing, and tracking documents that need to be issued to your employees. Also great as an online "file folder" for storage and easy access to work documents for your employees to access. Also a very easy help feature with quick answers and vides for any questions or issues that may arise.

I have used this product for 5+ years, support is great and the tools they offer is great. I love that it tracks certifications and will notify the employee his/her certification will expire in 90 days. This program also has a feature of document comparison when a new revision is published.
