I don't usually write reviews but my experience at Powerbiking Ltd was exceptional. Sam was very helpful and the customer service was great. They advised me of all my options for a choice of bike and payment plan. Very knowledgeable about the bikes that they had in stock. Would definitely recommend and will be back for a bigger bike soon.

Decent range of bike wear and helmets...including vegan boots and gloves. Winner!

Recently bought a Vespa and went to these guys for a full service and mot , runs like a dream now and treated myself to a new helmet , they have a great in house collection of helmets jackets as I worry about buying on line and getting the right size , thanks again guys

I experienced very bad customer service, they have never updated me or offered me any replacement during one month and went ahead without my permission!! When I asked my old part back what they have replaced they said unfortunately we cannot find it . Well, I am not even sure that they changed anything in my motorbike. I truly believe THIS DEALER WANTED TO RIP ME OFF!!!!

Got a flat in the middle of nowhere and these guys collected the Zephyr, replaced my rear boot, and got it back to me in an afternoon.

These guys are great. I buy all my bikes and get the maintenance done from here. Sam and Paul are very helpful when it comes to buying a new bike. Colin is a top mechanic and is always willing to help me out with any questions regarding my bikes. Would recommend.

Braught a mt125 from these guys I live in oxford but will always ride here ,customer service is always on point. And they don't discriminate if your a 125 rider neither do they quote for work that don't need doing, it's hard to find mechanics you trust but this place is well worth the stop I recommend this place to everyone,

Kept my motorcycle in the garage for 6 weeks and end up taking it home with water pump leak and all nuts and bolts loos (paid for full service), but place looks nice and friendly staff

Absolutely chuffed with my new Alpinestar SMX 6 V2 Drystar boots and the incredible service ive recieved from you ! The lady i spoke to in your clothing department was helpful, honest , polite & friendly .The boots arrived very carefully packaged with brilliant attention to detail including a well placed Yamaha bag ( lucky i ride a yamaha lol )
The boots fit perfectly and are in A1 condition .The price was also remarkable .

crooks. I left there my bike's wheel for a valve change because it got stuck in open position (dirt from the road got inside due to missing dust cap) when i tried to inflate it. What they've done, they put a screw in the tyre and told me i need i new tyre. I will advise all my bikers mates to avoid this place.

I brought a MT 125 ABS model from here on Sep/16 and had trouble which they couldn't care less about my bike pulls back on power the child they have behind the desk didn't even tell there "mechanics" to check it out my brakes where really More

Had my MOT done here, and had to have some work done to replace a couple of worn out parts. The MOT and work done was completed quickly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their bike MOT'd or Serviced.

I walked through the doors and got greeted by Paul i am extremely happy with the level of service we had gone through making the bike what i want it to look like sam was also very helpful he knows his stuff when it comes down to biking and Lauren was extremely helpful and patient with me while trying on different helmets. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Power Biking especially Paul i would recommend everyone to purchase from there all day every day, In fact they were so good i even got another bike from Paul

Highly recommend Powerbiking for bike repairs. They couldn't have been more helpful and their pricing was very fair (much less than initially feared). A big thank you to Sam Maybury a true professional, very helpful with all my questions and even getting the demo bike back off service loan for me to have a second test ride. When my bike arrived the workshop guys did a fantastic job preparing it and fitting the extras. Sam and the team made the whole purchase experience a real pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Powerbiking.

What a fantastic experience! I have just purchased a Ducati autostrada from these guys. I dealt with Sam who is an absolute credit to the business. His honesty was incredible. His attention to detail was second to none. When I went to collect my machine Sam gave me a full demo of the bikes features. I have been riding bikes 35+ year's and have owned many makes and models during this time and NEVER has any dealer given me a demo, just keys, paperwork and a cheery wave. Worst place you will ever go to. Totally unprofessional. Took my scooter, kept for 6 days, I called everyday and the answer was we are busy. Then suddenly after last call, 1 hour after that, they told me your scooter cannot be repaired, come and pay us 60 pounds. I went there in a shock and they told the bike meter is all faulty and clutch doesn't work. Too expensive to repair so give us our checking amount. I was in despair, have to eventually pay. Shock comes afterward when I just changed battery of scooter and everything was working. (I still ride it) Thugs, thieves, don't trust them with anything. How can any professional will not be able to detect a battery fault. Just money making mafia. If my review is of any help, save yourself and never ever go to this place.

A great experience and I would use again which is a recommendation in itself. Bought a VFR1200 and delighted in preparation and post sales service. Came back to just have it checked over after doing a 1.5k miles on it in 5 weeks, to my surprise, they dismantled and cleaned the brakes off plus a complete oil and filter change free of charge as they wanted to make sure I was happy with the performance and ride, exceptional service.
As with most other reviews, a special callout for the Sam in sales, friendly and with a wealth of knowledge a pleasure to deal with. To be fair to the rest of the team too, all great to deal with and just a friendly atmosphere.

Adding to my previous review, I had the VFR in for new tyres, discs and brakes. Initially there was a problem with the parts supplied but Powerbiking worked hard to rectify the issue to my satisfaction, provided a replacement bike for the duration and compensated me on the price. Not sure where else I would have received such professional service.

A couple months ago I bought an XJ6 Diversion from them, they were very helpful under my circumstances, no real pressure, bike in good condition. Had some issues however they quickly and promptly fixed it under warranty, at this point something else went wrong, yet again swiftly fixed. Some of the reviews make them sound unattentive however that is far from the truth. They definitely look out for their customers. Some minor bumps but altogether pleasent experience and would do again.

such a helpful bunch with very good prices...after going to and fro many bike shops ive found the one and wouldnt look elsewhere. They know their stuff and treat people with respect. Give them a visit you wont be disappointed.

I have bought a XSR900 from Sam. He was really helpful and knew 100% of the product. The bike was ready the day it arrived in the shop and Sam made the extra mile to give me the opportunity to pick it up after work. The bike is really enjoyable and I am very happy. I have also bought full equipment for my wife and I and the staff was very patient and nice. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a bike.

If the attitude of the driver of LS11 VEL is anything to go by, I wouldn't do any business with Brian Gray. Cutting drivers up at local roundabouts with your company logo on the side of the van? Not very clever.

I just bought a used Triumph Tiger 800 from Paul at PowerBiking. I have to say the nicest buying experience I have ever had from a bike dealer (riding over 30 years I've bought plenty of bikes to compare with!) I am always slightly suspicious of salesman, they always have an agenda, and you can never truly trust them. Not so these guys! Paul was friendly, patient, helpful and made the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable (as buying a new bike should be!) On the ride down from Birmingham on the back of a mate my helmet broke, he even knocked 35% off a new helmet so I could ride home. The mate who gave me a lift ended up buying a BMW GS1200 the same day! Only downside is it's not local.

Forgot to mention, the quality bike preparation. Every used bike was immaculately valeted and prepared, and freshly coated in a protective layer of ACF50. The bike I bought was 9 years old, but could be mistaken for new.

Great garage in a nice location, dropped off my work horse and left them to it, come Wednesday I collected the bike, the quality of the work was good! no fuss they just cracked on and saved me money by not replacing unnecessary items. I will be returning. The chaps I spoke to in service were friendly also!

Do you remember Wendy??? You sent her bike back after messing her around for over a week, despite her telling you she was disabled and needed it back asap??? When you finally sent it back it had no oil cap, despite you telling her the day before she couldn t have it back because the oil cap hadn t come in yet and it was illegal for her to ride it without one?? Well today she had a serious accident on it so I really hope that when forensics check the bike that you did all the work you said you did??? Or you are in serious trouble

Great customer service and knowledge from Sam. I got a fair deal on a z1000sx traded for a Tracer900.Well stocked with parts and stuff too. Missenden Flyer favours it and he knows his stuff.Slight quibble?. Phones not speedilly answered..but nonetheless its still worth the wait. Check them out.

Called up this morning for some information on the OSET bikes however nobody from the sales team was available but called me back 10 mins later. Spoke with Sam who was very helpful and knowledgeable in relation to my queries and probably some of the best service / advice I have received from a motorcycle shop in a while. I will be using their service again!

Purchased a 2nd hand Yam XV950r from these guys this week, gave me a good price on my old bike, Paul and Sam very knowledgeable staff kept me informed when bike would be ready to pick up, was a 200mile round trip for me but im happy to do that for quality service, will use again and recommend to friends.

Excellent service, very helpful, I brought a 2016 MT07 Motocage and had a few toys fitted, nothing too much trouble. All ready on time, everything explained in full, all docs completed, even a tank of Rocket Fuel. Now it's time to play. I would recommend to all, pop in and see Brian or Sam I'm sure you leave less a few pennies but smiling from ear to ear.

Staff is doesn't call you back when they say they will, wouldn't trust the mechanics with a bread knife let alone my bike and is extremely overpriced for what you get, save yourself the trouble and go with a proper garage like P.G.B in Cressex.

Good selection of stock, reasonably priced. Will consider these guys when I purchase my next bike.

This in my experience is truly the best Yamaha dealer I have ever used. I live in Southampton and without a doubt will always travel here due to trust and customer service of the company. Great place to get your bike looked after. Not to mention the excellent show room full of the latest Yamaha bikes. They can be slow getting your bike back to you if you don't keep on top of it. Overall though they are good value and the workmanship is excellent.
