Most of the product that come from this place is defective or damage. mainly due to the fact they should have machines lifting most those boxes up in there, those box that contains breaks, calipers and etc is so heavy some of the employees will let the product fall when reaching at high places on rack...

Received brakes from Rockauto. One of the front rotors looked fine in the box but when it was cleaned with brake cleaner the zinc plating whipped off in a large area like it had been sprayed with silver paint. When I opened the box of brake pads one of the return springs that should have been mounted to the post was laying in the box. The brake pads look like it had been opened and resealed as if it was a returned product. Very disappointed and have to order new parts. Will not be using this brand again.

Ordered full brake repair kit for my F250. Arrived promptly, easy installation and the product works great. I'm very satisfied and would order from them again.

I purchased the Power Stop KC2813A 1-click Z23 Evolution Kit for my 2015 Toyotra Sequoia in January of 2021 and had my dealer do the install. I really did notice a huge improvement over OEM with both stopping power and reduced brake fade, which is great because i tend to be hard on my brakes. Everything functioned flawlessly for 7 months until after a trip through the mountains. My vehicle began pulling hard to the left so I took it back to the dealership. The left-front caliper seals had failed, but I knew I had a 3-year warranty with the kit.

Honestly, I was slightly concerned that I was going to get the run around and have to fight to get the replacement parts in a timely manner. I called Power Stop and was connected with Janet Trinidad. After emailing her photos of the leaking caliper and a copy of my invoice from CarID, she located me two new front calipers and even replaced the pads which had been contaminated with brake fluid. I called August 24th and had the replacement parts in my hand August 26th. I know that people hardly ever leave positive reviews so I think it's important to note when thing go right. Janet did an outstanding job taking care of me and kudos to Power Stop for honoring their warranty. My kid's 4Runner needs brakes soon and I'll defintely be a retrun customer after this expereince. Thanks!

After a bit of hassle with the core deposit, Jackie stepped in and saved the day. For that I thank her. Have had no problems with the products themselves.

Ordered some brakes it said delivered I m not sure if y all aware it was and apartment but it s yet to be in my possession I called I emailed and y all dont reach out to me but closed the case and I really need somebody to get thru to FedEx and jus open a claim so I can get my brakes or my money back thanks for y all time these brakes was recommended to me and if only i knew what I knew now

Don t waste your money dealing with Powerstop. I ordered some pads and rotors for my car back towards the end of April and I received them in the beginning of May. I received three front rotors and one rear rotor with one of the fronts being slightly too tall. I went through car id to tell them about the issue and sent the wrong rotors back. It is now June 1st and I still don t have the right rotors and all I m getting is you have to give the manufacturer time and I ve been waiting since the middle of May. I do not recommend this company at all.

Order placed on 8th of December shipping label created on the 9th. Called to check on remaining parcel as part of order already been received. Their customer service rep hung up on me on the 11th when asked when their going to be picked up or delivered to UPS? Need to get my wife s car fixed!
