This grid experience is just the best thing ever. This is the best electrical contractor company I have ever worked for. So glad I made the move to Power Design Inc.!

Got to take a tour of there new campus and buildings. Wish I still worked this is a place I would enjoy being at 8 hrs a day.

Not an employee but as someone who transits frequently I love it! Rich wildlife and exercise friendly. Sunset views are amazing!!

One Contractor known for high standards & very qualified personnel.

PDI is a revolving door, they hire and fire so many people. During the pandemic they used the excuse of Covid to let over 250 hard working employees go. They were thriving but cleaned house with the excuse of losing projects mind you they were doing the best they had been in so many years and donating tons of money to feed front line employees but couldn't take care of their own some being single moms that couldn't find jobs for months. You can be a hard working employee but if you do not fit their "click" they find reason to boot you. I worked there for several years and knew a lot of good honest hard working ppl including myself that were let go for more personal reasons. This place looks AMAZING from the outside with all the charity works and parties but trust me working on the inside is a mess they do not care about anyone. It's a very shady company and in the end they do NOT care about their employees especially the lower tier ones. If you are not an executive be prepared to lose your job at anytime or told you cannot get a raise because the budget was moved to throw a party for the executives. I know for a fact because I happened to be sitting on a meeting and Joe brought this up.

I had the good fortune of being hired to entertain the company with henna art, so I got to meet and talk with people from a variety of positions within the company and they were fun! Employees were happy...funny...interesting....and talked about their jobs with passion...they make you wish you worked there too!

I ve been working for PDI as an electrical apprentice since July and so far the experience has been great. The HQ is impressive within and without, the company is generous and I ve had the pleasure of working with knowledgeable and dedicated management.

We work next to these narcissists. They litter all over our door step with cigars. The employees are rude. They illegally park in back. Wish they would make less difficult for my delivery people. Park on the other side not towards our
company.

Unbelievable. Never have I ever been in a electrical contractor firm that looked like that. Just mind blowing!
