Fantastic food fab staff I hope to save money and go there again once I've got narth money

If anyone has recently booked with potters and had there booking cancelled and been told they will not give you a refund even thou there terms state they will do not give up my father who paid insurance with them and was still told he couldn t have his money back is at present taking legal action with barclaycard legal team who say he is entitled to a full refund. Potters you are a disgrace with a lot of people who want there money back and recently not got no job to go to at this present time.

Brilliant staff, fabulous entertainment and safe for all for family during this period.

The atmosphere with others plus the friendly faces of the team is superb

Family-friendly, Nice food, cosy accommodation, great sea view, great arcade, 20 min bus ride from local town centre, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub. Can't fault it.

It's good for bowling. Accomodation a little pricey and the dining has unfortunately gone downhill in last few years

Fantastic stay at Potters at the beginning of May! All staff are so friendly and happy. They made our stay so much nicer! The entertainment staff work so hard and are incredibly engaging. We felt special the whole time we were there. We had a 3 bed chalet near the Terrace Bar. Very clean, fridge & tea making facilities. The room was a decent size for 3 of us, although be prepared to live out of your case as there is a lack of storage. The food was absolutely class and the evening entertainment was second to none! It was a quiet week during the day as it was bowls week so we got to do every activity we wanted to do without queuing. We will be back!

I believe the staff at this place make the place I really do they was amazing. In hard times they make doing some activities still available which is hats off to the hard work of this place brilliant

Clean, friendly, evening performances as good as any west end show. Staff will put themselves out in order for you to have a good time

Really lovely place, great food and brilliant entertainment

Our second visit here after a very happy time last summer. There are lots of activities for the children, the accommodation is good, the food halls are fantastic, but most importantly the standard of customer service is superb. We are having such a happy time

As the park isn't huge, there's a really relaxed atmosphere, and the families get to know each other very quickly too

My son is nearly 12, and this place has been really good for his independence. We love our time here.

We have stayed at potters many times and always had a lovely time would recomend it.

The entertainment is as good as any London shows.
Accommodation is first class.
The dinning room and the food suplied is first class.
I don't think you could better any where else.

Clean comfortable room. Good food and plenty of it. Staff are superb. Beach enjoyed as so close. Excellent swimming pool. Claw machine enjoyed. Plenty of entertainment if you want it.

This place is fantastic! So much fun! The live performances were excellent and they really make everyone feel like they are at home with family. After three years of living in the UK this was the most fun that I have had at any place.

Great holiday park with so many activities for the whole family. Been there 5 times now , every year and never get bored of it. The food is great, the staff are friendly and it's just a fun place to be.

Went to the Black Rock Grill restaurant. The quality of the food wasn't bad but I certainly wasn't overly impressed. The novelty value of cooking for yourself is pretty short lived and the smell on your clothes afterwards is pretty awful. I do know people who really like it. Well, to each their own, I doubt I'll ever be visiting here again.

I have only used palms the health resort, that is 5he best I have ever been to, membership is competitive

Some rooms were a long way from main buildings and would be difficult if you had mobility problems

Very friendly staff, our accommodation was excellent and the entertainment (Collabro) was first class. The only minor criticism was that the queueing to get into the show was uncontrolled.

My husband and I love coming here every Christmas! Such a fantastic place, food, entertainment and staff!

Great place for a family holiday during school holidays and for couples during school time.

Very happy place. All staff willing to help with any query. Excellent facilities. Clean accomadation and comfortable beds. The entertainment singers and dancers could grace any London stage.

Lovely place to stay with lots of activities! Fantastic food, lots to choose from

Famous for its indoor Bowling Rinks. Just a quick visit to size the place up. Nice looking gyms & pools plus their Pulse Cadio Vascular & Weight machines have the smart card system enabled so you can record all your activities properly. Appears to be as competitive as our current one with Prested Hall in Feering.

I spent the weekend here with my sister for one of the many potter's resort shows,this one was featuring David Essex, as usual he was his brilliant self and my sister who is probably his biggest fan enjoyed it immensely as did I.The resort was wonderful, beautifully set out and very easy to find your way around the staff couldn't have been more helpful and obliging in every way,rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean. There was something there for everyone and I strongly recommend anyone to go online and have their brochure sent to them so they can see for themselves what Potter's resort has to offer

Where do I start. Lovely staff nothing too much trouble. Our room was amazing. Clean lovely decorated. Entertainment, bar, food, restaurant, facilities, I could go on, I can't wait to go back. Boujon again were fantastic hope you have them back again would love to come and see them again. Thank you for a lovely night.

It was all fun but our waiter was waaaaay too slow. She waited until we finished the main course and then waited some more. Over half an hour for dessert

The best holiday I have ever had, I only wish I'd found this place when my other kids were young, the intertainmet was spectacular, all the guys and girls were fantastic and so talented, there is so much to do, friendly staff, I would a small will recommend this place to others, well worth every penny, that I saved, no it was worth the money eye coming here, food was nice, but potatoes were a little like school dinners, but other than that fantastic again, a big 10 out of 10 from me and I will be back next year Mr Potter thank you.

The luxury of a cruise on dry land. Love this place will and now know why my best friend has raved about it for years. We went on a weekend break with our choir Funky Voices, the staff were so friendly and helpful. There is masses to do. Wish I could have stayed much longer. Food 10/10

Really great place to stay. Not just for bowls. Rooms are comfortably set out. Food is ok nothing special but it fills you up. Can't fault the warm welcome from the staff. Live shows are the best. Plenty to do for children too.
