This is a great place to work as long as you aren't afraid of sweating and labor.
If you are green to this type of work,
my best advice would be to stay busy. Always ask for or look for something to do. If you treat them well, then they will give you the same respect.
The pay is good. It's just hard labor but if you put in work you can move on up. It's all in the head.

I worked on it and it is less but they never answer in the office.
