Three of us sat down for a leisurely late lunch. We started off on a high note with a jug of sangria which was tasty but not fabulous. We ordered our food pizza all around which came timeously and piping hot. The extra cheese ordered was not visible to the naked eye. Unfortunately the chilli was not hot. Rather it was mildly offensive. The pizzas were acceptable and the view interesting.

This restuarant has the most amazing vibe and festive energy. As you walk in you feel part of the of what the owner has created. Situated in an old style setting which offers outdoor seating or tables in all kinds of corners or rooms. The menu is vast and food freshly made. There is a ramp for wheelchair accessibility.

Always busy Italian restaurant with a strong South African twist. The food is all good: try in particular the salads (large ones are great to share as starters), delightfully thin and crispy pizza or the veal. The wine list is fairly small but covers all necessary bases. The only downside is that the service can be a bit erratic: I suspect that they are a bit understaffed and it can take a while to be served; and food for different members of the same party may not appear at anything like the same time. But if you can put up with that, the food makes it well worth a visit.

The food was good... The service was mediocre... The setting was good... Will not visit again...

Consistently good pizza's, which can't be said about many pizza restaurants. I didn't ask if they offer vegan cheese, as I prefer vegan pizza's cheeseless anyway. As usual, had a cheeseless Posticcino pizza. Friendly service. Always enjoy going there.

I love this restaurant. The food is consistent, it's good, not amazing. You know what you're getting, and every time you can be damn certain you'll get it the way you had before. That makes many people happy. The ambience and the song is STUNNING, especially in summer and I would recommend any tourist to definitely visit here. The 3 start is based purely on the food, and if I rate Test Kitchen a 5 for food, then I cannot rate Posticino a 4 or 5. If it comes to an overall experience, and wonderful time, great people, and decent food... Then a 5 star rating is fair.

A great restaurant in the middle of main Street. The gnocchi was delicious as was the margarita pizza. They were good take homes as well. I very much liked the ambiance and the crowd. There was plenty to eat for all range of people. I can truly say it was one of the best restaurants in Cape town.

There pizza's are very delicious with the famous sangria with fruit! Very welcoming stuff. It feels like you are right on the beach. And oh there Chocolate dessert cake diped in warm chocolate sauce with icecream on top is to die for!
