Mail going and coming doesnt seem to find its way past the postal workers in kosovo.

Unreachable, supposedly post on the way and never arrive after 4 weeks

Listed as the main post office in the city, I found on my weekend visit they were unable to sell stamps, which seemed strange. It wasn't closed but I was told to come back on a weekday. Fortunately one of the smaller post offices near the Bill Clinton statue was able to sell stamps at the weekend!
