Original Murano Glass Review

We bought a gift for a friend's wedding and we really liked the article. Fast dispatch and without any problem. Very interesting and useful online chat.

I have paid a lot of money, 1st week of july 2020, but you do not deliver or answer my e-mails.

I have placed my order in the 1st week of july 2020. In the beginning you made several delivery promises but I received nothing. No order, no track&trace, nothing. The last few weeks I even receive no answers on emails also.

I ordered 1st week of july 2020. Today it is september 15th 2020.

You don't know about outstanding big orders?
Mrs. Silvia Marangoni knows ... she promised to send my order several times, but didn'd do.
Please check your order management system.
Order (1K+) processing date first week of july 2020.

Why do you ask me, below my review, to contact you again?
If I do, Mrs. Marangoni promis by mail to deliver, without doing that or I wont get any response at all.

I have a very bad experiance with OMG!!! If they check their info@ mailbox and undelivered orders, they know who I am.

I placed and payed a big order almost 3 months ago. They confirmed my order by mail but after that: they did not deliver!! They do not respons on my e-mails for weeks. Actualy I feel my money is gone. Their website looks great but in my experiance their relaiability is zero point zero.

Note: I found out that the good e-trusted reviews you find on their website, are only from customers who are selected and invited by OMG. Also E-trusted does'nd give buyers protection to OMG customers.

I bought a very nice chalcedony ray sculpture, it arrived as promized in 10 days in the US and in perfect condition. Thanks to Laura and her support. I will definitively buy again in your store.

One can not only admire the craft and appreciate the art. The staff would like to spend a lot of money, which is understandable but could be communicated more subtly.

I ordered a "centrotavola", a vase to be put on the centre of a table, which was specially made and richly decorated with the typical "murrine" glass beads. Unfortunately, the vase developed a tension crack after about two months. OMG promptly sent a replacement, again specially made. Thank you very much!

Highly recommend visiting! It only costs 2 euros to see a glass blower demonstrate how to make various objects. The tour guides were also incredibly caring and friendly. The gift shop at the end contains authentic hand crafted Murano glass at reasonable prices as well.

A shop and a factory to create glass objects, for 2 Euros we enjoyed the instruction (unfortunately in Italian) but was excellent, about 15 minutes that the artist creates several items.
A nice shop, nice view, a little expensive items to my taste but looks quality.

An interesting visit. Do not book on line, it only costs 2 euro at the venue.

I purchased a crystal Parrott to be made for my yacht in Florida but when shipped the tail was broke off. They refused to do anything! I am out $7500 US dollars. Watch out tourist!!

Visit to the furnace a bit hasty, but perhaps it was speeded up due to the large number of tours scheduled for the day.

Having arrived late to visit the glassblower workshop, I only wanted to visit the shop. A group had just left the visit and I had the right to an icy or even repulsive welcome. During my tour of the store, the seller closed part of the store to shorten my visit.
As much as I admire the art of working glass and the proposed creations, I totally denounce the behavior of the seller. Far from the idea of wanting to discover this art!

Here glass processing is shown really great.
Staff however with stinking mood.

Bad reception last Sunday in the rain, despite booking and my telephone number. We presented ourselves in eight people and two children. The door was closed, the doorbell was not working and an anonymous secretary was on the phone. Do not behave like this!

The people are super nice, we could admire the glass work and the techniques used.

Well all I can say is WOW this piece came extremely well packed. Customer service was spectacular (Thx Massimiliano ) and the murano piece is fantastic I love it. will definetely buy from here again.

Too pushy and rude. Plus they want 10 euro to watch the glass blowing... A few buildings away it is only 2.

This used to be a fantastic source of Murano Glass so I could not have been more shocked when I received my last order. I finally purchased my dream piece, a lotus sculpture, along with several other pieces. My lotus sculpture (which was the most expensive piece I have ever purchased) arrived broken in 5 pieces, one of my pieces didn't arrive at all, and another was the wrong color. In addition, the clock did not work and the lamps were not wired for the US. I replaced the clock mechanism myself and found Italian bulbs online, but should not have had to do all of that! I immediately contacted the company and asked them to make it right. I did receive the missing piece a few weeks later, but never received a reply or a refund. I don't know what went wrong with this company but I will never buy from them again.

Short demonstration but just what we were expecting and hoping for. Admission 2 , so prices are very reasonable.

Beautiful demonstration of two glass working techniques. Really nice and helpful staff, unlike almost all other glassworks. Really highly recommended! Adults pay 2 and children 1. There is a free bathroom.

Inexpensive, interesting, albeit very simple. Impressive, as the master does the horses seconds in 15.

Paid 2 euros per person to see the glass demonstration. Totally worth the money. It is far more interesting to see a live demonstration than seeing a bunch of static pieces in the glass musuem.

2 euros is long but well worth it
And when you go out on the second floor of the shop, you will be amazed.

I ordered a 6piece glass set for my parents on April 20th and did not receive them yet. Before ordering I confirmed with them how long it s going to take for delivery and they said around 10 days. It s been more than one month and still did not receive it. When tried to call, email or chat wit them there is no immediate response. After repeatedly bugging them they would say that the glass set will be delivered in couple of days. It s been 5weeks. My parents will be moving into their new house next week and they will be no one to get the glass set after that. If they do not receive it this week I have to tell them about it and it will no longer be a surprise for them.
They visited ur factory in 2016 and loved the glass set but did not buy it at that time. We wanted to surprise them by giving it as a house warming gift. I am sorry to say this but we are very disappointed with the service.

My parents received the glass finally after missing shipment etc issues. They loved them and couldn t stop themselves from showing it off. Thank u for the wonderful glasses. It became a treasured memory for our family

Saw a glass blower demonstration which was amazing. I think it doesn't cost much to enter, we got free entry as part of the city sightseeing tour. We'll worth a visit to see all the Murano glass shops too.

An interesting excursion to the glass factory MURANO. For Kempinski guests free of charge including transfer. You will see the technological process of manufacturing the product. You will get acquainted with the assortment in a lot of exhibition rooms. A lot of different products in different techniques of performance. A wide choice from interior decorations, chandeliers, mirrors to glasses of glass. The prices are high.

The trip to Murano is absolutely worth your while. We went on a rainy day, took the ferry and walked around. Then we selected one of the many glass factories to watch miracle happen. It is easy to spend the whole day walking around, we paid 2 Euros each to visit the factory, - did not buy anything, and had a nice lunch in one of the small restaurants on the island.
