Great customer service while placing order. God choice of material. But to get your order takes forever. Guy at pick up 0% customer service and very very slow. If they work out pick up park in the future they will be great place for any metal order and would give them 5 stars.

Large selection of fasteners, all types of metal, and tools. Posner carries high quality tools, and hard to find items such as left-handed screw drivers, and also a good sense of humor. Service is good.

I purchase steel here regularly for work and home projects. They carry a good supply industrial supply items and probably every standard size of steel. The prices are almost always better than other suppliers in the area. The only thing I wish is that they carried specialty grades and DOM tubing, but I can't deduct starts for that; they carry what sells. Also, call ahead to get a pickup time if you want to reduce the wait, the wearhouse gets backed up and can take forever l, but they can usually give you a time frame and have it all bundled for you.

Giovanni is always very helpful. He picks up the slack from at the warehouse.
