Very good service. I was alone one afternoon and had access to everything, except the rooms. The place is very good to go in summer. It has a pool with hot water for winter.
The rest of the Monte lagoon is horrible. Badly preserved and if it is full of people, the level it is going is very bad ...
a lot of noise, a lot of regaton and cumbia ... thousands of people crowded together in the so-called campsites ... very ugly.

Beautiful place, good taste in decoration. The Imperial Suites are beautiful and very comfortable. The food is excellent as are the desserts. The people are very friendly and helpful. It is not advisable to go with children who are "hyperactive" since it is a place of rest and lacks activities for them. In summer it is more appropriate since it has two outdoor pools. Sundays are great, buffet-style appetizers, asado and dessert table. EXCELLENT! In counterpart it lacks some maintenance to the place but in general it is very good.

BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE POSADA.
We went with a friendly couple to spend the day at the inn. They inform us of a very varied menu that after 5 minutes tell us that they were wrong and were telling us the menu of another day, changing it for something more "basic". Drink bar CLOSED (since the person had missed). Ping pong paddles and table in VERY bad condition, almost impossible to play. The women's restroom shower did NOT work. The inn is not bad, the issue is the attention and services that (not) provides. To all this they did not recognize us anything and they told us to send mail to complain. We would not return

Beautiful place to rest a few km from the city.
By protocol, two outdoor swimming pools are enabled and at breakfast you cannot serve yourself directly, but rather you ask the waiters what you want. This one is very complete; from scrambled eggs, sausages and cakes to fruit and toast.
What stands out the most is dinner. All homemade. Varied, abundant and rich menu. It can be changed when something does not like. I changed when there were meats and there was no problem, nor did I charge.

The inn has a covered heated pool and outdoor pool, both in good condition, although they have a lot of chlorine (I do not recommend going with small children). The gastronomic proposal is limited (mostly minutes) as well as the wine list. The rooms are comfortable but need a refresh and although they have LED TVs, it looks pretty bad. The place offers basic amenities such as shampoo and towels. It has a varied American breakfast, with pastries, fruits, eggs and bacon among other things.
