Attended a Wylie Lecture on the West family photographers. Next lecture on 4th December. I have given a lecture there my self on the (Spithead Mutiny)

Incredibly rude staff on duty. As a new yacht owner I was interested in seeing if there was a bulletin board listing people who may want to go sailing to increase their RYA licence hours. The man in duty clearly made a snap judgment based on my appearance, and proceeded to lie to me multiple times over about having no such thing, about being unaware of the existence of a local harbour authority, unwillingness to point me in the right direction, and followed this by essentially telling me to piss off because somebody more important wished to come in. I would not suggest to anyone new to bother attending this sailing club, as they are obviously cliquish and outsider-unfriendly.

A great club, changing areas could be nicer though!

Very friendly club, open to conversation. Good selection of media, recommend for those interested in sailing.
