This was the lowest I could give but they deserve worse. They added 30% interest to the last payment. They truly are the devil incarnate and will most likely all burn in hell.

Scam artists foreclosed on my sisters house for a bill that was never received. After settling for an agreed upon amount, they went and collected from the mortgage company too. ended up receiving over $7,000 for a $400 trash bill.

Be warned this firmed is harassing minors and trying to extract money they been reported to district attorney better business bureau and all other federal offices for immediate review of their dirty tactics in extortion of money from minors you been warned stay away from this firm

im beginning to wonder how these people are in business, everything was fine till i went to make a payment. i cant get no response or help setting anything up online..

I made a purchase of a home that I acquired taxes unpaid with. I refinanced the home to pay those taxes. My bank got a paid in full balance from them which they paid. I then got a bill for a balance of 82 which I paid. Then got another bill for almost $700. I have emailed these people for months wanting to know why no one can get a real paid in full balance from them with no emails back. They do not answer calls or return messages. This is the worst company ever they make it impossible to pay!

Shady law offices that are in with the county. They don't send statements and you can't set up auto pay. They do it on purpose and keep adding fees.

Literally make it impossible to pay for your back taxes.

I highly recommend anyone that pays this law firm to keep receipts. I owed Property tax in the city of New Castle and have everything paid up to date. I went to buy a tax foreclosed house and lost my bid because this office told the city I been behind on my taxes since 2016. Funny part is I only owned houses since November 2017. They gave false reports about me. I have proof and documents. I am taking legal action against you if this isn't resolved. Also have video of city council meeting stating this.

Can't seem to get these people on the phone. Everytime I call there's 5-9 people ahead of me and you wait forever and the number never seems to change.

Customer Service was very friendly but did not have solid answers for my concerns.

Shady high priced thieves that add unwarranted fees. Our Township dropped them due to high fees

Bad people, kick you in the teeth while your down looking to capitalize on others problems. Charge you UNFRIKKING believable fees they should be ashamed.

No one likes to be in trouble with over due taxes or other bumps in the road. But when the taxes have to be paid and the road to a fresh start has to be resurfaced. Debt collector scammers try to get into agreement and they continue to add fees to your Bills

STEVE the "Account manager is a real piece of work. Typical "want to be" Lawyer with small manhood syndrome and mommy issues. I attempted to pay off all out standing fees minus the bogus "We sent you a piece of paper, so that will be another $150" - Just trying to pay whats fair. I hope you stub your pinky toe Steve.....Like, really hard and you cry.

This review should be zero.. Unprofessional thieves who don't mail invoices and refuse to give receipts. Unknowledgeable staff answering the phones. Office doesn't allow payments in person. The website tells you your credit card number is invalid. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay so that they can keep hitting you with attorney fees. They want you to mail your payment into oblivion and just hope it'sreceived. Repeatedly asked the employee on the phone when a receipt could be mailed and he said it takes "a while". It doesn't take a while for them to remove the money from your account, but it takes a while for them to get off of their behinds to mail a receipt? Trust the reviews and AVOID business with these people at all costs.

Horrible people who harass honest taxpayers. To make things worse their website stinks so even if you make a payment it doesn't always go through and they continue to harass you.

My Township hired this collection agency to collect on past due Sewer Bills. Since moving to my neighborhood 13 years ago, my Sewer Bill has increase over 300%. If my take home pay increase by 300% I would have a problem paying the bill. When you fall behind, the Township sends you to these thieves who rack up very unreasonable charges. Ex. They charge you $ 75.00 for sending a letter. I haven't heard any thing nice about these folks who charge highway robbery.

This place should not be in Buisness !! I ve called and emailed them multiple times and left tons of messages but no one will call me back !! My house house is being sold for a bill that I paid and have proof but no one will get back to me !! Also they took $5000 from my mortgage company because they told them the bill I owed was taxes but it was sewer and trash and after I already paid $2000 online and have confirmation number so I paid over $10 grand for a $2000 agreed upon amount that was paid costing me a lot of money because I was now negative in our escrow account and now I received a sheriff sale notice with no other prior notification saying I owed money which I should have received but did not and now I can t get anyone to stop this mistake not even my township because they all quit and new person has no clue !! Time for my own lawyers !!
