Portillo's Hot Dogs, LLC Review

The Onions rings were over crunchy, cooked too hard. The burger was ok.

Great food. But order at drive thru are often wrong. Check your food before you leave!

Great food, great experience. I'm not from Chicago but I always make sure to visit Portillo's when I'm in the city.

Portillo's always gets it right, no matter how busy they are. Wish the prices were lower. Otherwise, nothing bad to say.

New owners have made changes and the quality of the food is not what it was for all the years Portillo was running things. Too bad.

This is the one in Addison it's ok there beef sandwich is good but what you pay is not enough beef... Where's the Beef...

Good fast food. A bit pricy and slow but better quality food. I'm an old guy so I enjoy the music also.

not worth spending $15 for two sandwiches, it was so bad! so wonder how this restaurant got 5 stars, really?? the beef was so blend and chewy. ewww!

Come to this location on 64 in villa park if you love waiting in a drive thru line for at least 25 minutes every time

Always a favorite! IMHO best hotdogs, beefs, and rings. Never go wrong here.

They do not put enough sweet peppers on their Italian beefs

It use to be a great place, but the last 2 months they've gotten slow and screwed up every order.The order takes are always great. But the line people have become rather insufficient, sorry to say. Need better people or better training.

Can never get enough Portillo's while I'm in town! Tried the beef and cheddar croissant for the first time, awesome.

Arrived at 10:25 AM in the drive through. All lights were on (menu and store) We were not aware they did not open till 10:30 AM. Upon no reply at the speaker I continued to the payment window. At least 2 employees saw me, and ignored me. I knocked on the window at about 10: 28 AM and was looked at my an employee who promptly turned and walked away. I would think an employee would be polite enough to advise me that they were not yet open and could I wait another 2 or 3 minutes. So we drove to McDonalds. Will never visit this Portillo's again.

Good variety of classic favorites and meatless options. There was something for everyone in our party of 9. Appreciate that they were open later, and on a Sunday! I'd recommend it, and visit again when in the area.

Last time I'll ever eat here. The service and quality of food has declined the past couple of years. For being in the location of the original Portillos they have the worst food, how can you serve an uncooked hot dog? Hello Buena Beef.

Took forever to get our order. They were too worried about getting the drive thru orders done. The inside is antiquated.

Their milkshakes are the best! Chicago hotdogs are just as they should be, and absolutely amazing cakes! Chopped salad is also wonderful. The cheese fries are definitely a staple menu item! Employees are spectacular!

Very good beef sandwiches, but every Portillo's I've been to has been a little skimpy on piling on the beef.

I loved Portillo's back in the day and still do to a certain degree. It's just not what it used to be anymore. As for the flavor of their Beefs it's still good but the price of the food keeps getting higher. It's not worth it anymore.

I don't know what happened to this portillos..... But drive thru is a joke. I am writing this while I am in line for over 10 mins now. It's 8:15 on a Wednesday night.....why? Any of the other ones are in and out.... Never again. Sad that the original store suckd this bad.

Fast clean and friendly. Awesome Christmas music as well. Perfect night for my little guy and I.

Dirty!!! They need to hire someone to clean this place

I last came here 10 years ago in 2008 I had a great hot dog then.
Was passing through en route to O'hare airport today en route home to England and I decided to pay another visit I wasn't disappointed great hot dog once again.
I'd recommend eating in this unique iconic diner .

One of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. Awesome food, especially their combo sandwich.

Cheese fries, strawberry shortcake, beef, burger, chopped salad, chicken sandwich, cmon now! Its portillos!!!!!!!!

If you love portillo's then you'll love here too. Only reason it's four stars is the parking lot is crazy sometimes but the same dining experience and great food will be had once you get in!

Good food needs more attention to cleaning bathroom.

Portillos is a place I enjoy eating when I am in Chicago visiting... All of the hot a beef on a croissant and the hot tamales...

Food is always amazing but everytime I come to this location I wait 20 to 30 minutes for my food... boooo

Like all the Portillos the food is good.. But the services is a bit slow at this particular place, I know it can be better though..
