Love Portillo's! My favorite is the Italian beef. Every thing there is great!

Always awesome. Don't forget the chocolate cake shake! Remember Gabriel "FLUFFY" Inglesies (sp?) loved it.

Great Food & Service as always, especially to the lady that rhymes the order number with a catch phrase!

The only con I have with this establishment, is the enormous wait time for receiving food as a dine-in option.

Other than that, this establishment upholds the Portillo's name!

Gotta love it. Try the beef and cheddar croissant. Just make sure you have about 100 napkins ready

Food is good, but the other Portillo locations are speedy and far cleaner.

I should've never whent there.is so damn dirty..napkins all over the floor tables dirty.no napkins for the costumers ..now portillo on 83 and st charles.really nice.so many employees working in the floor making sure that everything was nice n clean

Portillos has amazing food, but save yourself some trouble and go a couple miles east to the one on 83 - it will take you less time to drive over and finish your meal than this drive through. Haven't been in the drive through for less than 15 minutes in over a year. And make sure to double check your order at the window - it's as likely to be wrong as right. Today at the one on 83 I was in and out in less than ten, and they even gave me free cake for no reason apparent to me!

Value has dropped since the sale of the business to corporate America.

Great food, but they took 16 minutes to make a Italian beef and fries. Horrible service. This was at 6:30 pm with only like 5-6 people inside the restaurant.

Portillo's has the best flame grilled hamburgers in Chicago. But you say Portillo's is known for its Italian beef sandwiches and hotdogs. True, but I think its hamburgers are better. Try a bite and you will be hooked. Trust me.

Hot dog was good. Fries cold. Returned and they gave me new ones. They were very nice.
Cashier was very friendly and she was very great and made me feel special.
If fries weren't cold would have given a better review.

Well, to start, the Service was very poor, I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and extra pickles and I didn t reseve it. Next, I ordered a a grilled veggie sandwich and I reseved a croissant with lettuce and tomato. I also ordered a hotdog with nothing but ketchup and pickle and got a hotdog with everything. I also ordered a Italian beef with just cheese and it was extremely thin. Lately we ordered a coke and got a Diet Pepsi.

i got a small fry , one fry was raw - & very cold , one was completely dark way to over cooked , & one was green . overall very disappointed and kinda feeling discouraged to bring myself here again . come on portillos. step up your game .

The service has really gone down hill at this location. I hope they work it out. Go to the portillos on 83.

We always love Portillo's Chicago Style Hot Dog, Beef sandwiches with cheese fries. Yum!

This place has gone downhill rapidly after the Portillos sold it. Definitely use cheaper ingredients but still charge a lot. Better places to go. Not to mention their employee Sebastian is a complete moron incapable of doing his job correctly

Food is always good but service can be slow. They have also gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion. They also use styrofoam containers rather than a more environmentally friendly alternative.

Food was yummy... Just order alot of food n some iteam where preped wrong... Kinda thought it was funny tho... Happy New Year

Has to be the worst Portillos location around. I work near this location so we ended up going here frequently. It s kind of a running joke between us co-workers, when someone comes back from here we ask what did they screw up this time? Had everything happen, entire items missing to cold uncooked fries. Any customized orders like extra dressing for a salad or no tomato, forget it, I don t think they even read the order tickets. They have a bin inside to drop business cards for a weekly drawing - lunch for 8, won this once and only got a $10 gift card. Best to drive an extra few min to go to a further Portillos like I do now.

Got my entire order wrong and they only offered to replace items (but I couldn't get there until much later in the day and the food was for a meeting that had already happened). I contacted the corporate office twice and still haven't heard back. Over $30 for incorrect food. Portillos has gone downhill recently.

They didnt give me all my food and they didnt give me a receipt so basically i got scammed... 2 thumbs down and never again will i go there.

Portillo's has great fast food plus some food for the health conscious person. My wife enjoyed her salad. Prices are decent, and service is pretty quick.

Took way to long for just 4 dogs. 1 chilly the chilly was tasteless. Dogs and onion ring cost over 20$ going somewhere else if getting just dogs...

Stop after shopping stopped for a quick lunch. Don took the order and made stopping in worth it. Had a great sense of humor and made ordering fun..Laughed the whole time. Great employee!

I got a double chees burgher and I couldn't eat. It was disgusting. Completely wet indigestible bread. I threw it in the trash. I will never come again.

We went through the drive through ordered our food he repeated the order back correctly but ended up with a completely wrong order when we called to tell them the manager had no care in the world and refunded the order. They also had three people walk out previously. This staff needs retraining I have never come across a location this bad.
