DON'T GO FOR PORTEA- Go for your kitchen knife and kill yourself instead! (Ok, not literally. Life's beautiful)
Forced to write this review for Appt. no: 1214588. Booked my mother's (65 years old and has BP) blood tests few days ago. They made an appointment at 7:30 am, made her fast for over 12 hours and didn't turn up until 8:30 am. Upon calling Customer service, they said that the system has automatically cancelled the appointment (Their AI is pretty advanced, and arrogant too since it doesn't consider sending notifs). Next day 7:30 pm appointment was fixed after numerous follow-ups and calls with the customer care. It's almost 9:00 am today and they after multiple hangups, waiting and banging your head with the Customer care, we learnt that it is cancelled again. Guess the reason- the area is not serviceable! They knew the address from Day-0 and took them 4 days and 2 cancellations and truck loads of our frustration to reach this conclusion. Nice!

Took lab services from portea.
They have good service and fast response.I would highly recommend portea to my family and friends.

Portea provides professional home care services, good experience with physio & Attendant service

Don't ever take lab tests. Test rate will be changed after sample is collected. Moreover, reports will not be shared even though payment is made. Fake portea and customer service.

Very worst Lab service ever... They only charge you money and they don't even arrange professionals ..They always miss appointments and not worth the money.

I was recommended by my peer... The physio service was good.

I called them umpteen times on a Sunday and none of them picked it up. I had to take an injection on Monday early morning and their executives called me by 10.30am. I was getting multiple SMS that they are busy and will get back soon and I just waited my one hour waiting for their call. It's useless. If you have any emergency they won't help.

Professional services...... Very convenient n helpful for those who can't visit Dr or Hospital...... Overall good experience with PORTEA..... Hope you services will be improved more.....

I have not received the refund back from Portea even after returning equipment. I've been trying to call Linto, a person from Portea and he's not responding. None of them respond to my call.

Price a bit on the higher side for mumbai.., but ok for now as attendants are difficult to get

Worst possible service. They want 750/- just to administer a injection

You guys are no different than Practo. Pathetic approach and lack of complete sensitivity towards cases. All you do is show empathy. You make patients wait for 2.5 hours and yet don t show up. Only after I called them to check why phlebotomists did not show up even after 1.5 hours, they assigned someone new. Post which he delayed it by another hour only update that he would be reaching in another 30 mins. The very fact when someone is requesting a home service is a possibility of an elderly patient or that of a child. Delays like this in a medical requirement is unacceptable. You are not delivering vegetables but sensitive services concerning health. Sad to see the absence of responsibility. Absolutely disgusting experience.

BEWARE. Very painful experience. They do not have adequate nursing attendant staff (at least in Bangalore). The attendant they appointed for my father left abruptly without any prior notice, and after taking 4 unannounced leaves in the first 10 days! After that I had to follow-up with several "levels" of "managers" to look for a replacement, but they did not even have the courtesy to come back with a solution for a dissatisfied customer. Every morning when I called the "manager", he kept saying "Sir, I am searching for the attendant for you. Give me an hour". They are not sensitive enough to understand that they are in the business of healthcare. Your customers are usually in serious medical condition and rely a lot on you. Overall, I feel its just a bunch of call center guys and a pretty website and that's it. No resources on the field. Oh and by the way, when you request for a new service, they will promptly take registration fees and advance. I am looking for other options right now and have asked all the managers at Portea to get better equipped before committing in this serious business.

Very poor customer service
Tried to book a service for my grand mother who went through a surgery and we were looking for at home nursing services. We thought we could go with Portea. When contacted for they initially accepted for 12 hour service and at the last moment informed us we can't provide 12 hour service citing travel time as reason. We agreed and went for 24 hour service... Until last moment .. They kept us on hold telling confirming our service but cannot assure on the timing. How long should the patient (90 year old) be waiting for nursing.
The customer care person Mr. Manjunath ironically sits as customer care executive. Cannot explain how arrogant and rude he is.

Pathetic Services, Hopeless Staff, untrained people who just make false claims of quality and care and only in business for money at any cost.

I have been services for 2 months. Very satisfied by experience given and turn around time for any issues is amazing

I have been following up for an appointment from last 5 days. Everytime you call the support guys, they will say "they will check and let us kmow the time slots available". On day 1, they send me confirmation message for 7 pm. My office hours are from 10-8 pm. I left early from office that day to reach home by 7 but the physiotherapist didnt turn up. Very very unprofessional people. Disgusting!' Worse experience. Pls dont waste and time on it!

Excellent service! Customer care followed up with till a nurse was allocated and post service was provided. And the nurse was excellent .he did a really good job . Thumbs up overall. Very good job. Keep it up

I had used their home service for blood sample collection for complete blood work.It turned out be my worst experience ever.My Cholesterol total was 257 and LDL was 175 which is way too high for my age-40 yrs and puts me in high risk category!My fasting blood sugar was 120...diabetes contender. I was shocked and repeated the tests at Vikram Hospital.Turned out my total cholesterol is 150 and LDL- 86 which is well within normal ranges and fasting sugar was 80. I really dont know if these guys even know how to do a blood profile .Misguiding people and sending ridiculously wrong reports.Please dont ever use their services...they make people SICK when u might be actually perfectly healthy.

Poor logistics . Have booked and confirmed physiotherapy for spine surgery.. which was extremely urgent. Have waited and followed up multiple times as the physiotherapist didn't turned up..

Kindly rethink using this firm, if is critical for the patient. You will only receive automated message as service

They promised Physio Therapist with MPT and 5 years experience for neuro disorders, but they assigned a recently graduated (BPT) therapist with 1 year exp. We can't simply trust such companies when it comes to health of our family members.

One fine day I was searching online I found a contact number of portea I dial the toll number and tookeed nursing Attended service for my dad on emergency basis within 3 hours I got staff from portea all local burruea 's and agency denied and ask 1 day time for male NA.

Very bad experience. Can not trust the nursing facility which they give. When questioned to the nursing staff about there nursing knowledge they just say, " Portia said they will give food for few days and you just have to take care of a old person and stay with them." Really not a reliable company for nursing .

Went for a health check up and the website mentioned a free doctor consultation at the time of signing up. After the report came in, they say that the doc consultation has been discontinued. This should be told at the time of signing up, as this is false commitment.

Portea helped in getting my lab tests done and got the lab reports on time.

Took Nursing attendant service for my grand mother and the staff is good.

Terrible experience! I think Portea's attendants undergo training for less than a month. While the staff (attendants) is pleasant, they arent trained enough to even do a massage! We had hired an attendant for my 89 year old grandmother. Strangely , the company policy is so skewed that the attendants will clean and bathe the patient but they wont wash the patient's soiled clothes or used utensils! This was conveyed to us at the beginning but when we realised there were other agencies that were doing so much more, we realised so much money for mediocre service is just not worth it! Fortunately, we have found a service agency wherein the attendants will do EVERYTHING for the patient, including cleaning the patient's toilet, utensils, soiled clothes and the patient's room too. They also cook for the patient when needed! Why go for portea when such other better and cheaper agencies are available! Additionally, the agency randomly decides to change the attendant before the contract of service is over. Sad. Although we managed to continue with the hired attendant, dealing with a very unpleasant and difficult staff, its really not worth the harassment and trouble! Portea needs to change their management staff. They are extremely rude and disinterested in providing a service for which the money has already been taken in advance! Wouldnt recommend portea to ANYONE!

IT IS NICE PRODUCT. I LIKE QUALITY OF SERVICE, PHYSIO IS VERY EXCELLENT & GOOD SUPPORT. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY GOOD.

They have taken around 3 days first to figure out that a bachelor can not be treated with by a female physiotherapist.(It should be asked by the person whoever is booking the appointment at the first time that if they are bachelor or living with a family). They first given me a female physio, the doctor called me the first day and told that she had some priority work so she can visit me on the first appointment and its need to be postponed, i said ok no problem. The appointment was made for the next day. Now next day she called me again and asked me about my location, then she called me again and asked me if i am a bachelor or my family lives with me. (What wrong with you, it should be asked at the time of appointment and not at the time of visit, or at least when Dr would have told me at the first time when she had given me a call at the first time.)
Now 5 days are gone and i don't have a MALE physiotherapist appointment. This is really not the way you should be giving service to your patient

Very good n quick solution resolving service when I really needed it

I took Portea's Lab Sample Collection Service. The Home Service was good, but there was a huge delay in sending the report.

PT-INR Test result for a patient who has undergone open - heart surgery is a deciding factor for the future medicine dosages. Generally this test results can be obtained within 2-3 hrs of time duration. But Portea took almost 40 hrs to send the report - that too after complaints and reminders.

This was not expected of Portea as it has tie-up with such renowned hospitals like Medanta !!

Highly unworthy!!. I underwent the service before an year and a half. It was good. I called them before three weeks and fixed an appointment. The physiotherapist could not reach me at the end moment and the appointment was cancelled. I called them today. One call was transferred to 4 different people, but finally they could not arrange an appointment. Such a worst service!!

I availed vaccination services from Portea for my parents and the service was exceptional. The nurse came on time and the medicines were delivered a day before itself.

Quality of service was totally appreciable. Will surely recommend their services to others.

thanks u guys for your reviews...i was about to take their serbices for my ICU patient sister but after reading the reviews, i have found that they are not worth it and i was about to give my sister's care in worng hands...

They just don't get back to our calls. I'm following up with them for the last one week to provide me a male attendant. All that they say is "We shall get back to you within 24 - 48 hrs" and then nobody calls.

We were introduced to Portea by Cloud nine after my delivery to take package for baby and mother care. The first two days for complimentary visit were very good. But once we enrolled for the package, the services started to deteriorate. The care taker in charge was very unhygienic(long nails with nail paint on it) started coming on her own timings and slowly the massage time for baby and mother was reduced to 15 mins. Though we have taken a package for 4 hours she would rush after 1.5 hrs itself.

Even the management never bother to call you back for any feedback. We called the manager to give our feedback but there was no action taken for. This all happens once you do the payment for the package and start using the services. Very unprofessional attitude of both the management and the caretaker.
I would never recommend this to anybody for post delivery care. Even cloud nine should not partner with them to provide such services.

One should think ten times to do the payment before the services are availed. Waste of money and time for new mom and kid.

One of the worst - gives our blood to be tested by sub standard labs and i have serious suspicions that they do any tests at all . I have seen glaring mistakes in the report .

Please stay away. It is a big farce. They will come running to collect the Rs.1000/- registration charges. After that if you want to avail any of their services you will keep hearing only one answer, "we will get back to you in 10 minutes." That 10 minutes never comes.Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Request everyone to stay away and not get fooled by their ads.

One of the worst unprofessional medicare system I have experienced.

I have a very bad experience with Portea. Without giving requisite service as agreed, they are asking full amount to pay. As a customer this is not acceptable and I am being cheated.
