My rating concerns the organization and service of passengers at this airport. On 23.10.19 Wednesday, the Wizzair plane from London Luton to Krakow landed due to bad weather conditions in Krakow at the airport in Wroclaw, which is explainable and accepted. However, airport staff did not rise to the challenge. General clutter and the lack of proper use of reason by these people. Buses arrived for passengers within 8 hours. In the absence of coordination and organization of airport staff, it was not known when the next vehicle would arrive and in what quantity. Passengers stood outside at low temperatures waiting for buses after 4-5 hours. Nobody controlled the organization and division of who should go when and which bus. A general mess. Passengers handling people in this situation were people without imagination and without proper use of the brain at this time of night. At the same time, these people did not inform anyone from the remaining group of waiting people that they were just finishing the change and going home and did not provide new employees with information about the situation and the remaining number of passengers waiting for transport to Krakow. There was also no prioritizing who was to go earlier due to health, minority, continuing the journey from Krakow, etc., except for placing families with children on the first bus. However, they forgot about a 28-person trip of underage people who waited almost 6 hours for the bus. It was a very sad event. Lack of care, proper information, hot meals and meals for people who wait very long for transport to their destination. Finally, after 7 hours of waiting, I arrived to Krakow with a group of 7 people, which took another 3 hours. So my journey from Wroclaw to Krakow took 10 hours since the plane landed. Scandal, embarrassment, anger, lack of organization and thinking by airport employees and neglect of passengers. October 2019
