The airport is nice and cozy, but unfortunately the service gives a lot to be desired. The gentlemen at the briefing or hangover after holidays did not heal, or they did not get the annual bonus ... Personal culture and smile zero.

I have very good memories. I flew from the old terminal, now from the new one and it's great. Service is also ok. Although the procedures are sometimes sick, but well, they are. I did not blame them for having to throw something away if that's the rules.
The airport is actually provincial with a not too rich offer of connections. It is clean and spacious, a little bit of seating in the departures lounge and no lounge for FT. Silver status in M&M can use security for business class;)
I don't know why so many bad reviews, I like the airport very much :) More and more connections, modern decor. Maybe the prices in the shops are quite high and the bathrooms are not always cleaned (I take one star for that), but the service is always nice wherever I go :)

Well.. First we were waiting 40 min in the queue to bag drop because it was trainee with supervisor that worked at the desk. It's understandable that it will take some time, but not if you have like 5 persons before yourself..
Secondly.. security check asked "who does this bag belong to" after it was scanned but since it belonged to a stewardesses so it was ok.. no check was needed (really?) I even asked the security about it and he just shakes his shoulders..
Thirdly.. 0,33 ml pilsner for 17 zl? Come on..
Airport is fine so far. But it is not a major international airport with many destinations worldwide.
For the city of Wroc aw it is really a very nice port. There were more and more connections added to it and may the road to it not become Le nica's thoroughfare ...
Bright and modern clean airport.
Compared to those of France (Orly, Roissy, Beauvais, ...) there is no feeling of stress or disorder in the terminal.
The toilets are separate + changing table apart, soap and paper available. The comments below are slanderous.
Child space quite small but impeccable boarding, this is ideal for waiting.
Restaurants, shops, coffee very personal and available.
Parking very accessible with deposit, trolleys suitcases without deposit.
Public transport and taxi on site.
We paid 100PLN (for minibus 5 passengers trip opposite to the city center). And 50PLN back (for a RYBA taxi ride).
One of the most comfortable airports we have been to. Even in low cost the conditions of reception are excellent.
Less complications, always had wonderful experience here! Best public transportation facility for just 4zloty ticket to reach the city centre. And personally I feel it's the safest airport.

Lady, from information and assistance in the parking lot can not talk to people who need help, talks on the phone all the time, calls brazenly, without providing any specific information about the trip.
When I told her that I had a problem with taking the ticket to leave, she ordered me to pay 4 times, not even saying what the problem was and where to turn for help. I would add that when I talked to her all the time she kept the phone to her ear.
Waiting for the arrival of the guest I had time to look at the arrivals hall. I really like the fact that you can enjoy the view of the person we are expecting from the moment he gets off the plane. The rest is more or less similar to other airports of this type.

An extremely positive surprise - the airport in Wroclaw is definitely one of the best in Poland, next to Warsaw-Chopin and Gdansk. One of the better airports in Europe (considering the size of the city). Communication with the center is already very good. Infrastructure at the European level. If it is on bus 106 to the airport, the stop is not at this exact location. Here the stop is called "Strachowice General Aviation" and this IS NOT THE CORRECT STOP! The correct stop, which for even in the Wroclaw airport is the "Port Lotniczy"!

The airport staff has flies in the nose and works here as punishment. The cheeky type while checking the documents just after leaving the plane, he threw me with the rude text "do not I bother you?". I really enjoy using the Wroclaw airport and have never had a bad experience on it. I fly quite regularly. Nice, fast service, basically no queues and clear information, also a short waiting time for luggage. It is a small airport, which is probably easier to manage than a big transit airport, but it works fine for me

The lady at the baggage check-in said she would scan the tickets and we would go to the elevator with the pram. We waited for the last person without priority and she did not approach us. Easily find the right compartments. Everything is signed, you can leave the car in the parking lot, but given the fact that you have to pay for a downtime of more than 10 minutes. Navigation shows three places for possible parking, so carefully read the information.

Here, for the first time, I was not allowed to take my small backpack to Ryanair. And I fly R a lot. I do not expect that in the R instruction regarding the treatment of passengers' luggage there was a special section devoted to Wroc aw, so I assume that this is the hostility of the lady from the airport. Arrival luggage service as poor as possible. Priority bags arrives always as last one. Always. Nobody manage it. Looks as airport for cheap airlines only.

A small but very functional airport. Peace and quiet. I prefer this airport than Katowice, not to mention the others.
In most cases, service was efficient, however, the last two visits to Poland, passport control lasted for centuries compared to previous visits. I suppose this may be the Brexit effect. Could use a few extra seats in the main hall before passing through the gates. There are also queues in women's toilets.

There is probably no better airport for your first flight. Everything is very clear. You can't get lost. Much better than the one in Gda sk or Ok cie in Warsaw. Feel the West.
