Recently purchased a new Panamera Turbo from Porsche of San Diego (after family members visited on multiple occasions the other Porsche dealership in San Diego County).

The experience at Porsche of San Diego was excellent. Justin, our Our Sales Consultant, was extremely helpful and pro-active. Glenn, the Manager, was a pleasure to work with and treated us fairly and openly. No antiquated childish games, no "white lies" and no manipulative strong-arm sales tactics that you can expect at a different dealership. It was a pleasure working with Justin and Glenn.

I have no reservations recommending Justin, Glenn and Porsche of San Diego. They and the dealership did an outstanding job.

When we purchase another car, Porsche of San Diego will be our first stop.

Bought my first Porsche from Porsche SD. A clean and friendly dealership. The internet sales manager Ray Poota was a great guy to deal with. Very helpful and professional. The after-sale customer service was excellent and much appreciated. Michael the service advisor was prompt with follow ups and updates of the vehicle status when it s at service. I am from Los Angeles but will not hesitate to make the trip down to San Diego again for my next Porsche purchase. Highly recommended.

I've been using Hoehn Carlsbad ever since I purchased my car in 2016. Recently, I have been dissatisfied with their service and decided to give Porsche San Diego a try. I was immediately taken back by the level of service, the video walkthrough, and excellent communication through text message. With Carlsbad, I would call and leave message and no-one returned my call. At Porsche San Diego, any question was answered within 30 minutes and I will 100% be using this dealership for all my service needs moving forward.

bought a 911 S 2019 end of last year, yep crazy how much fun costs but I had the 911 in for my first service today... and this is the best experience in having a auto service in my life... very impressed with the video service sent me! Thanks Porsche SD !!

Be advised not to do business with this dealership. The integrity is questionable. I had a car reserved waiting for final payment to be sent and they sold the car instead. Advise all.

I live in Riverside county I drive 1.5 hours one way to come to San Diego Porsche because the service is so good!

I contacted Eric Simila in regards to the Porsche GT4 approximately 1 year ago. Through the long waiting process, ordering, build, and delays caused by COVID shutting down production, etc. Eric kept me in the loop regarding all updates and answered all questions and concerns. I will come back and certainly do business again with Porsche of San Diego and Eric especially. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my experience so far. Thank you again for all your help!

When I went to pick up my car, there was a large scratch in the front bumper underneath the air intake for the radiator. My service advisor agreed that it was done sometime during the time it was there for servicing and that no one had informed my service advisor of the damage. I do not see this as reflection on my service advisor, as I have worked with him for years in the past, and he has always been professional and a pleasure to work with. This experience has for me created a very poor impression of the current owners of the dealership because of the the gross errors in quality control and customer relations.

I recently picked up a new 911 from Porsche of San Diego that I had ordered 3 months ago. James Gonzales was my sales advisor from the outset. I can't say enough good things about James and his sales team at this dealership. He provided a no-hassle, no-pressure experience throughout. James is extremely low key and very easy to deal with, but extremely knowledgable and professional. They are also among the most aggressive dealers for price discounts in So-Cal. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in San Diego or Southern California.

Fast, efficient service. Outstanding service representative!!! Facilities were immaculate and well sanitized.

Tried to charge $480 for service and parts I was able to get at another Porsche dealership for $200. They sell merchandise for $$$ that literally cost $10 on Amazon. Wanted to get a oil change but was told they didn t have any openings for another week or so. Mind you I was the only customer in the entire dealership even though there were dozens of cars outside being pulled in by invisible customers. Ive never needed to make an appointment at any dealership for an oil change .. ever. You mean to tell me warranty work supersedes walk-in paying customers? That s ludicrous. Just got a bad vibe here and won t be back. Hell, I couldn t even get a lousy car wash done right here. Management Overhaul needed big time. I like the look of the place but that doesn t keep people coming back for more. Go to other dealerships across the country and the place is lively at 8am. This place feels like a police precinct.Anyone rates this place good it s because they have tunnel vision in the worst way

Nicole Smith really did a PHENOMENAL job with the coordination of my 2016 Cayenne!! She and the service staff addressed all my concerns and request. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Happy Holidays!!

All the staff were great. Griffin was particularly outstanding in that he is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

If you need an advice, please look for Mr. Leslie Lisenbee....kind and knowledgeable person, very pleasant.I like that Mr. Lisenbee takes time with his customers and explains potential problems in detail, and finds the best solutions.

-I got lost coming into the dealership as there was nobody to greet or direct me. Hard to find staff.
-Purchased a car, but appears car hasnt been truly serviced as a tire pressure was low driving out of the lot and the brakes squeaked loudly the next day
-Would be nice to provide a nice Porsche folder to keep and carry all the sales documents

Les saved me lots of frustration when he found the toolkit that i didn't know was hidden behind my spare tire. Les is The Best!

Even so this was a long distance purchase, the staff made it easy and answered all questions in a timely and courteous manner.

I just replied to an email from Kate at the dealership. I have always received superior service here and will only have it worked on at your facility.

On another note, by keeping my Porsche up to date on servicing I intend to keep driving it for a long time. I keep getting offers to trade in and upgrade to a new car. They all look wonderful but I am still thrilled driving the one I have. Take care.

Looking to purchase or lease a Porsche? Justin Beck is the only salesperson you need to know - hands down! I've bought a total of 5 cars from him, this time a 2014 911 Carrera 4S. He's knowledgeable, informative, customer service oriented, and he will certainly work hard for you. He's very patient, understands what you want/need, and is not a typical salesperson that pressures you into getting something you don't need.

The best dealership I have ever encountered, the both Ray in sales and service are super nice and in fact everyone in the dealership are so friendly they make you feels like home.

This was my second time coming to your Porsche dealer ship. Once on June 26,2020 and on Dec.3,2020. First time for front bulbs, report stated you replaced the bulbs and charged me $299.00, the drivers side bulb was not replaced. On Dec. 3,2020 I came in with my daughter Rosalie Stovell and pointed out that the bulb was not replaced. We requested to have passenger seat checked which was up right, check right rear window which was closed, check engine light on and breaks. The car came back with no bulb, passenger seat way laying back and broken rear window down. So nothing was fixed and the car was worst than when we bought it in. Now I have a window that wont go up and a passenger seat that wont go up. And for that you charged my daughter $838.00

A fantastic experience with Julian and Justin at Porsche of San Diego. I had been searching Southern California for over 6 months for a CPO 2012 991 S with low miles and my preferred options. On a Wednesday, I found it on Porsche of San Diego's website. I sent an email inquiry in for a test drive, to which Julian and Justin promptly replied. I test drove the car the next day with Julian, following which I arranged to come in on the Saturday to pick it up.

Julian knows everything there is to know about the 991 I drove, as well as its 911 predecessors (993, 996, 997, etc.), and all the options (believe me, there are countless options on the 991). Before, during and after the test drive, he covered about 90% of everything the car does. A tiny bit of pressure (though not unexpected) after the test drive to make the buy that day, but I needed to go home and catch my breath for 48 hours after driving such an unbelievable car and commit myself to it.

I am very knowledgeable about Porsches myself, and Julian recognized that quickly. He did not try to "elevate" himself but instead answered all my questions promptly, accurately and with zero attitude. That was key for me.

I then worked with Justin on Saturday to make the offer, offer my trade-in and get it done. It was a pleasure, efficient, informative. Everything that needed to be done was done with two people. Never any of that "I have to go talk with my manager" BS. In at 1 pm and out in a couple hours with the car of my dreams.

It was evident to me that everyone here is well-trained by Porsche to be knowledgeable and to represent the brand. They are also obviously authorized and empowered to make key decisions to minimize the time involved and the number of desks you need to sit at to close the deal.

At all times I was treated courteously, professionally but casually. I like the laid back atmosphere - no suits and ties, but golf shirts and easy going attitudes. Everybody there knows you are there to buy a Porsche, not a car. This is supposed to be fun. These cars are not cheap, so an imposing environment is the last thing you want.

I highly recommend Porsche of San Diego, and especially thank Julian and Justin for making it happen.

I can't say enough great things about Tom Fong, the service manager at this dealership. We were on vacation in SD and were heading back to AZ. The car was filled to the top with luggage, plus we had our toddler and dog with us. The Cayenne broke down in Alpine and we had to get a tow back to this dealership. We were stranded in Alpine for a few hours waiting, plus the tow drive took an hour and one half. Needless to say we were exhausted and concerned about our options.

Tom helped us immediately and we were in and out in 1.5 hours. He was sympathetic and understanding of our situation and we were thrilled to get back on the road and home safe that day.

Visiting from out of town and noticed horn not working on Cayanne. Called where purchased and given appt 4 days later. Talked with Richard at P of SD and got me in next day due to nature of problem. Got me loaner car ( Macan S), kept me updated, cleaned and had my car ready promptly. Great service and attention. Definitely recommend and will return for service.

Incredibly fast, responsive and helpful dealer. Bought a car from their sister Land Rover dealership they serviced for me and they all were great to work with.

Service representative was very nice and came right out when I pulled up. Used gloves and cleaned the pen before I used it. Very polite and got me in and out quickly. Offered disinfectant for the car. He sent me a video of my car being worked on and recommendations for my car. Didn't try to sell me on anything which I appreciate. Overall great experience.

Richard is always friendly & welcoming, and the dealership is just a clean, friendly place to be. I don't mind waiting for work to be done here - it's comfortable, and the Indian place around the corner is great for lunch.

My service advisor Micheal Fraser always takes such great care of my service requirements, very knowledgeable, keeps me informed and leaves me feeling that my car is the most important car for that day.

These guys are great. I have been a customer of Porsche San Diego for 15 years and Les Lisenbee, my service advisor always takes good care of us and even better care of my vehicles. Now with their huge remodel underway I'm anxious to see what the facility will be like. A little on the pricey side, but the extra customer service and loaner cars more than make up for it.....

Austin Bell's no pressure approach, and his willingness to help us find the car that had exactly, and only, the options we wanted was a positive experience. Richard was very helpful and attentive. He was able to get my issue resolved very quickly and I m very satisfied and relieved. I had one of those issues where it was hard to replicate and it makes you look crazy. But Richard was gracious and the technician (the true hero) got it solved.

Nicole is a great service advisor. She is highly communicative and responded to my questions in a timely and complete manner. In addition, Vu was outstanding and I appreciate how hard he worked to figure out what was going on with my car and he solved it. Nicole and Vu are the best and I will definitely be back again.

I want to give a shout of huge THANKS to Les and the entire service team. Porsche of San Diego represented their customer's interest and convinced the Factory to honor a replacement item under warranty. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised that during a routine service visit, Les asked if I had noticed ANY issues with the car that should be reported before the warranty expired. I had and Porsche of San Diego took care of me. They saved me money and the car is perfect! Thanks Joe for assembling such a super team!!

Disappointing experience. I bought my 2014 Boxster new from them less than 2 years ago. Also get it serviced there regularly. I tried to trade in my Boxster and got seriously low-balled. I understand they need to make a profit, but the initial 33k and subsequent 36k offers were ridiculous. KBB trade in value is 39k to 40k. That is trade in, not retail. I was naive enough to think since it would be my second auto purchase that I would at least get a fair deal since I was ordering a new Boxster as well. They lost my future sales and service business.
