Loved our stop in Poppy & Stella yesterday. Sarah was hilarious and made our shopping experience awesome. She held some items we wanted at the counter while we continued shopping, they were wrapped nicely and ready to go when we were. I m very happy with all of my purchases.

I have ordered a few gift boxes from Poppy and Stella and every time it s been a great experience. From the Communication, chosen items, and super fast shipping. Highly recommend.

This is such a cute boutique. They have such a large variety of clothes and accessories, there is something for everyone. Its also a great place to buy gifts for friends and family. They also have a good reward system, which allows you to earn as you spend.

Be aware that if for any reason you need to return a product, they only give a store credit. Also, they didn t credit the additional discount as they should have, and didn t honor that.

I purchased a custom gift box through their website as a surprise gift for my sister. The owner reached out very quickly with a few questions about the gift recipient. Once I gave her the answers, she responded with the products she had picked out and gave me an option to review and replace items as needed. The pieces that she selected initially were absolutely perfect for my sister! In fact, my sister assumed that I had picked the items myself because they were so perfectly tailored to her preferences and interests! Quick shipping and great value. Thank you, Poppy and Stella!!

I have been to all four stores and all are lovely! Their products are great and the brand is solid. They are temporarily closing their stores to protect the health of their customers and staff so purchase online!

I was so happy when I found out that Poppy + Stella was coming to Frederick Rd. They have an awesome shoe selection as well as some really nice garments. I've purchased multiple dresses there for nights out and the staff is really helpful.

Ordered a face mask from them and love it! Shipped super fast. Cute tie dye pattern. Very soft and the perfect fit. Will definitely be shopping here again :)

Poppy & Stella is one of my go-to boutiques in Baltimore for cute clothes, accessories and small gifts. Their staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming with THE BEST customer service! They always manage to go above and beyond for their customers and have also taken numerous precautions to help keep in-store shopping safe for everyone during COVID which I really appreciate.

I went there for the first time during the Holiday season and will never go back.

I picked out a pair of Sofft shoes, the associate placed it behind the counter while I continued to shop. I went to check out and said I have the Sofft shoes behind the counter, I bought the shoes and went home. I live over an hour away to open my box to shoes that were not mine. I was furious knowing I had to drive back to Baltimore to return them. When I arrived they did not apologize only said that the shoes I had were specifically made for another customer and I should have called because they had to order another pair for the customer.

During my first purchase all merchandise was 40% off, so they said they would give me the 40% (I would hope you would because it was not my mistake), then they made me pay the difference for the shoes (which I already paid for in time and gas), without offering any discount, or store credit. I was appalled at the poor customer service.

Amazing customer service. Kelley went above and beyond. My order was shipped with one day shipping. It was neatly packaged with a bow on each box of shoes and a handwritten note. So thoughtful! Everything is high quality and very fashionable.

It's a real problem that I live so close to this shop and walk right past it on my way home. My favorite boots are from Poppy & Stella! Always a great selection and friendly staff. They also now have a website...Bonus!

Poppy & Stella is my go-to for shoes, hands down! All of my favorite boots and flats have come from P&S. The Broadway location in Fells Point has a large selection of Frye, Kork Ease, Eric Michael and lots of other high quality brands. The selection is highly curated with timeless styles that always have a bit of a special flare. Staff is very friendly and always willing to offer opinions or discuss how the shoes will wear and how they should be cared for. A truly great group of people! They have held shoes for me many a time after I've messaged them on Instagram asking if they have my size available. Awesome sales throughout the year too.

I ADORE Poppy and Stella. I have worked in retail for most of my career and really value businesses who treat their customers well. Poppy and Stella has fantastic customer service, quality products, and amazing pricing. They are my go-to small business for all things gifts and shoe-related. Every package I have received within days of ordering, with a hand-written Thank You note from the owner. I will continue to go back to them for all my gifting, masking, and styling needs.

Great shoe selection in styles and price. Their clothes are pretty cute but they tend to only stock smaller sizes

These guys have a really slow return procedure. My shoes were a size smaller so I had to send them back. Tried contacting them but their customer service is really poor. I finally got my correct size twelve days later.
