The spareribs were gooood.. the avocado dish was superb!

Great Mexicaan food. Marvelous drinks especially the tequila. Staff friendly and attentive. Definitely a must

It's a nice and cozy place. The staff is really nice and always there for you. However, some of the food could be made a bit better.

Popocatepetl, is a cozy Mexican restaurant in the city center of Amersfoort.
The food is good.
They also have vegetarian options available.

Plenty of options for drinks, which includes mojitos, different types of beers and non alcoholic cocktails.

This place has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I really liked being greeted and given a bowl of chips in salsa (which doesn t always happen in the Netherlands). I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas here and I found it satisfactory, but not amazing! I d probably visit again next time I m in Amersfoort.

Been here often and will be back in not too long, both me and my girlfriend have never been let down by the friendly service, good food and fitting ambiance. 4 stars because 5 suggests no room for improvement. Keep it going popo!
