Horrible service, the Lawyer who worked our case was rude and unprofessional, they lost our paper work and found it months later. I would not recommend this place to go, they lose paper work they take a very long time to send anything out and fail to communicate. At the end of all this , my father didn t get his VISA 1 of the reasons was due to incomplete papers !!!!! Please find another place!

Their customer service is terrible. They don t know what they are doing. We went to another attorney because they kept us on hold for a long time. They answer their phone only when they feel like it and they don t return our phone calls. We got wrong information about our court case and things didn t get done on time and there were many mistakes on our case.

if i could leave a no star review i would. this people are horrible!!!! they never return calls unless you threaten to ask for your money back then they will call you back. they say one thing and then another, always lying to try to cover up mistakes. find any other place but this one. what a nightmare!!!!! idk how they are even open.

Thanks to Mr pope I am living in the USA ,I want to appreciate the tremendous work he and his staffs are doing and also may God continue to give him and his staffs the strain to go higher and higher.

I had a good outlook on this firm because I heard good things from different people and word of mouth was the Google review. It was Mr pope who built that image but really who ever took over is just destroying all that work. I had hired them to help with peace of mind thinking everything would be smooth sailing but all came crashing when I realized I was on my own and if I didn't take care of what immigration was asking with time I would be in harsh waters. They always were last minute and that doesn't work but I still thank them it was a learning experience but I don't recomend them at all. I got my residence card and with it was a letter from the firm stating that it was urgent that we submit the paperwork for residence. I'm glad I took care of it myself. Hopefully they change for better and quit making excuses for bad reviews.

We call and phone rings and nobody answers after a long time they answer and puts us on hold for a longer time they are bad service and rude and do not calls us back and told my family had court the last minute and we almost miss it and the attorneys never wan to see us and talk they messd our case and did not do the court papers in time and did mistakes on the work permit card the older worker puts the blames on the workers tha doesn t work there no more. Real bad service and bad attorneys.

My case is that look in this association, to see if I arrange asylum, and I've been a year that no m say nothing do not call m and I have to go to know something, and all the problem is that to talk with the lawyer I have to ask appointment, and l ask the secretary how my case goes and just says, everything is going well that I'm not liking I see that they are more interested in money, and not solve people's problem. And another every time we're going to want to see the lawyer is not in the office, and to know what job is grabbing him,

Since Lily and Lorena aren't there anymore, the service is horrible!!! The lawyers are the best, but I don't like that new staff there

Son got deported lawyer would always show up late to court secretary told me to not give her attitude and she hung up on me kept calling and no answer saw mr pope tell a young couple I am going to be there with you guys soon as they left he told the secretary he was not going

I've had the pleasure of working with Ben Wiesinger at Pope and Associates over a course of a long and meandering asylum case. The case involved a lot of moving pieces and his ability to grasp the more intricate details is truly impressive. Ali and Aracely are extremely hard working and have been assuring through out the whole process of getting my husband his residency. Ali was always prompt in getting back to me though email or phone calls. He was thorough with everything you can possible think of to make sure there were no surprises. Aracely was extremely patient with me (as you can imagine I was very nervous and anxious throughout the process) and made sure any mistakes were corrected promptly. I was ready to seek another law firm at one point when another person wasn't handling my case well (never checking on us, getting back to us, losing paperwork, etc.). I had a bad experience whit this law firm they forgot to file my lawsuit, for over 2 years and they terminated my contract and offered me to hire a new lawyer whit out asking me if I wanted to work whit them, I still got the email were Benjamin recognise that he didn't file my lawsuit after 2 years of signing a contract I hope Mr. Pope takes care of his costumers the way they need to get the job done.

This is best lawyer I know in az. They always treat you like.family. I consult with many other lawyers and they will not give me hope. Mr Pope is just the best. Now we are legal residents. Thanks God we find this lawyer firm.

I have know words to describe how unprofessional this law farm is. I hired them to represent my cousin. They do not have any knowledge what they are doing, they are just after your money like any other law firm.

I wish I could relate to all these good comments but I certainly have zero good comments it s been a few years my parents have been with pop & associates for a U visa & for my brothers case & when they were working on my brothers case one of the lawyers in there a bald caucasian is extremely racist & discriminates alot we went in for a meeting don t get me wrong he was nice at first but he just started throwing extremely negative comments racist comments thinking it was funny ... So unprofessional. & everytime we call for the U visa they always have an excuse that the lawyer working on our case isn t there or that there is no update on the case it s been 4 years ...

terrible service the attorney in charge treated my family bad they messed up the court case and the work permit and they wanted my family to pay again and the manager she doesn t know what she is doing we went to another attorney don t come here save your money for a good attorney with good workers this is the worse place to hire

So, exactly with 01.21.2016 we won the rights of Asylum in the United States. He is a great man because he has helped me in all processes regarding documents . I never seen this kind of attorney in my life the made mistake on my case but they didn't find out their mistake until someone is found their mistake from other attorne Crazy they never ga ve attention for my case.

I highly recommend this firm. We began our process a year ago today and to this date, we have had no issues. Karol has been incredibly helpful and always takes the time to answer my questions both via email and over the telephone. The times we have been in the office, Mr. Pope himself takes the time to come out and greet us even though he is busy and we have an appointment with another attorney or paralegal. I have recommended these services to a friend, who is now a client as well.

This is not a review but why are u lawyers covering up every bad review like u don't recognize there name or never done any business with them ???

They have worked with me and my husband for several years when my husband was picked up by ICE and my ,then attorney, told us there was nothing we could do except sign paperwork for him to be deported. I called Pope & Associates and they immediately made me feel there was hope and they sent someone to Florence to meet with my husband and ended up getting my husband bonded out. My husband cried tears of joy and we will be forever grateful to Mr. Pope and his staff for all they have done for us. My husband has obtained his work permit,drivers license and he has had his case closed. We are able to live in peace not fear and we owe it all to Pope and Associates. If you are needing an immigration attorney this would be "The One" they ALWAYS have treated us with the most respect and continue to do so.

My husband struggles alot with the receptionist working in the front desk. They both are rude and don't treat customers right. The lawer is GREAT but the people in front are terrible. All he needed to do was drop a money order and have them send a packet and they turned him away after years being with them. They should really look into how they treat their customers. The other girls he had before were on point! WITH A EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Secretary is inefficient. Puts calls on hold and never gets calls. I've waited for up to 1 hour with no response. I'm trying to get ahold of my case lawyer but can never get past the secretary who just places me on hold. I will be getting a different lawyer since I still have a couple months before my court.

Karol was very professional with assisting me on my case making everything easy to comprehend while doing everything in a timely manner. She kept communication open so it made everything go by quickly even though the process was long she did her best effort to get everything done for my family. I would recommend her and the attorney Benjamin to anyone in need of immigration services.

I agree the quality of service is horrible!!! Their customer service is the worse ever!! The receptionist she is loud and rude! They always have different people working there that don t know what they re doing!! They didn t even have our name spelled correctly! We looked stupid in court because of their employees mistakes with our case!!!! They need to hire qualified employees!!!!!! Is embarrassing to have trusted this firm and their pathetic unqualified employees!!
