Poolside

I had a mixed experience with Poolside. While the cleaning itself was satisfactory, the communication from their customer service team was lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response and they were not very helpful in resolving my concerns. There is room for improvement in their customer support.

I had a terrible experience with Poolside. The pool cleaning they did was subpar and they left without fixing the filter issue I mentioned. On top of that, their customer service was unhelpful and rude when I called to complain. I will never use their services again and would advise others to stay away.

As a customer of Poolside, I must say that their service is average. I expected more from a company that claims to be the best in the industry.
