Love my pool. Thank you Greg and chuck. My back yard is my oasis

I started my pool owner builder with someone who didn't have a license. He started the pool in May 2018. It set there half way finished for 16 months.
I called Pools "R" Us LLC. I was not sure if any pool builder would take on a pool that someone stayed and didn't finish because of the liability.
Greg the owner of Pools"R" Us talked to me direct. He came out to make sure everything was right with the unfinished pool and the things that he saw that was not right he corrected them.
Within three weeks our pool was finished we were amazed with the work that he did.
Greg is a great guy and does beautiful work and he has a passion for his work. I would recommend anyone who needs a pool built or redone to use pools r us.

Our pool was in bad shape. Cracking plaster and ugly pink tile. We had them do micro pebble in tahoe and new tile as well as new auto top off and new skimmer, lights and paint the cool decking. We cant be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you

We recently relocated to Vegas due to a Military move and were in dire need of a pool renovation. I requested multiple quotes with local Vegas companies via Yelp, but Pools R Us was the only company to follow through with an in person quote, which was shortly followed by a bid. We needed the project complete prior to family members visiting for the holidays and they came through as promised. Ben and Chuck went above and beyond to ensure our requests were taken care of. Both gentlemen were always available when questions arose. Our family couldn t be happier with the outcome of our project. We are looking forward to working with this company again in order to continue upgrading our backyard.

Pools R Us just finished putting in a brand new pool for me. They made my backyard dream come true. Construction projects are never fun until it s over (fact of life), and they reminded me of this often, and kept me eye on the big picture. The price they originally quoted from start to finish never increased. The quality of the work is top of the line. They kept on the schedule for the most part, and in time of COVID that s pretty impressive.

I just have to say hands down best customer service I have experienced from a company in a very long time. Ben was outstanding to work with during the process of design. Greg was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. They were always on time and made accommodations if needed. Unfortunately we were not able to move forward but I still wanted to share my experience. Customer service has become a lost art in Las Vegas but Pool R US has made it a top priority. Can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to making our reality come true in the photos and 3D images provided. If you want a great price and a responsive group of people that takes customer service seriously then this is your company!

Simply amazing.

In mid-2019 Pools "R" Us (PRU) added a pool to our existing in-ground spa and also refurbished the spa.

This endeavor began when we contacted six pool companies and ending up receiving three estimates. Two estimates were from long established pool builders and one from Greg at PRU. We decided to go with PRU for a number of reasons namely Greg s experience in the industry; his availability and responsiveness; his solutions to the challenges; his standard offerings; and the terms of the contract. The added bonus was the fact that PRU offered the lowest price amongst the three.

In all we concluded that there couldn t have been a better decision than to work with PRU. Greg was fantastic. He had resounding solutions to the complexities of our project and there were a few. He introduced great ideas on how to adapt the existing plumbing system in with the new pool, he incorporated the most modern systems into the pool and refurbished spa (lights, pump, & controller), he added water features which were un-thought of at the beginning, and he recommended and we incorporated some great finishing ideas. Along with his ideas and capabilities, Greg brings a great construction manager in Chuck and they used the best sub-contractors. They were always on time, informative, and professional. They were experts in their fields.

And in the end we got more than what we were looking for. A backyard pool that is simply amazing for my family to enjoy. Both inside and out.
