i have got 4 AC. all started leaking within 1 year, one ac is already spoiled and we had to throw it and replace it with other brand!!!!! other three are leaking every 3 month!!!! paying 100 dhs per cleaning per AC everytime!!!! when i call to the customer service of Elekta, they tell me i need to pay fee for the technician visit , it spoiled my walls and curtains !!!!!! sending complaint to the municipality and the main company! i need compensation for all!!!! it never happens to other brand, it was never leaking!!! only clean the filters and that's it!!! it is not cooling even !!!! very bad quality!!!!

Elektra TV is good but spare part not available in market also TV remote not available

Bought a steam Iron & water cooler - Truly impressed by the quality and design of the products and that too at pretty reasonable deal. Definitely going to watch out for more products now on!

Maintenance service is poor and there is no credibility in determining the time of sending the maintenance team

Pathetic service and arrogant response from customer handling team and they are not willing to listen our problem.

Poor service. I recently had a paid service with them for refrigerator service. The refrigerator broken again after 2 weeks, they said they will send a technician but no one turned up" have been calling them But calls are ignored.

Bought their products because of lulu hyper market was selling it. Cheap products that wouldn t last long. Not recommended for poor quality and service.

I have purchased Elekta Washing Machine EWM 9001MK III from LULU on 13/01/15 its warranty period is over. I would like to inform that quality of material is used in inferior quality coz the washing drum lid open close spring got deteriorated with in 1.1/2 years.

Ridiculous company, no after sales service, big loss for me after purchasing electronic cooking stove.
I hope people don't buy from here ever anything because their products are cheap quality and dies within a year.
