Wes Colby and Jimmy Bullock got us to the finish line. Wes utilized his experience and graphics software to design the pool of our dreams. Their expert use of the graphics software set them apart from their competition. I am amazed how close the final product looks compared to the design concept images. Jimmy did a great job of managing the construction of the pool. He and his team did an outstanding job communicating with us through every phase of construction. If something was not to our liking, he ensured that it was made right and that we were happy. When we set out to create a resort-style environment for relaxing and entertaining, Wes was really great (and patient) with consultation and design along with key recommendations that were both aesthetically pleasing as well as functionally smart. He also stayed engaged with us throughout the project to ensure we were well taken care of at each phase.
During construction, Jimmy's daily communication was detailed and timely so we knew exactly what was taking place each step of the way.
Daniel and Cody ensured we knew how to care for the pool and equipment during pool school.
After two months of use, I can testify that the in-floor cleaning system, UV and ozone systems allow us to safely use less chlorine for a more gentle and comfortable water experience while ensuring hands-free cleaning and effective sanitation. We used The Pool Man to design and construct our covered patio, outdoor kitchen and pool. We had a great experience the entire way through. We worked with Wes Colby on the design process and he far exceeded our expectations. His responsiveness, models of the pool, and precise manner was leaps and bounds above any one else we spoke with. He made the entire process of securing HOA approval seamless and answered all our questions promptly. We worked with Jimmy Bullock on the construction and he was personable, friendly, responsive and responsible. He made sure we knew what was going on and kept in touch with us. If any issues arose, he quickly responded to and fixed them. We thoroughly enjoyed the process and we are loving our new outdoor space. We got the thePCC2000 in-floor cleaning system and we are amazed at how clean the pool always is. We would definitely recommend The Pool Man.
We had a wonderful experience with the pool man. Blake designed our pool and Jimmy executed it to perfection. Despite the pandemic, we did not have any delays - everything was completed as planned. The communication was awesome, Jimmy has been extremely responsive to our texts and was very transparent during the pool build process. This is our first experience building a pool and "The Pool Man Inc" made this an absolutely delightful experience for us. We also love the pool cleaning system... it looks so much cleaner... We were very pleased with The Pool Man. Wes Colby and Jimmy Bullock did an excellent job. When designing our pool, Wes used his experience and knowledge to help create our dream pool. This was our first time building a pool and he helped ease our minds and worked with our vision. We are more than happy with how it turned out. We love the features and colors that complement each other just as Wes assured us. When the pool was being built, Jimmy was on top of the construction process. He was always honest and went above and beyond to take care of things. With just a couple minor issues that arose, Jimmy was quick to fix and make sure we were 100% happy and on track. We were in our pool within the time frame they gave us even through the February freeze. Upon completion Cody Keller kick started us on pool maintenance and was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. They want their clients to have their dream pool and we definitely do!
From the beginning to the end of our build, The Pool Man provided excellent service, communication, quality and craftsmanship despite the inherent complications of a build during a pandemic, over a major holiday, and a freak winter freeze. Wes was receptive and respectful of our ideas, and used his experience and knowledge to fine tune our design plan. Jimmy M was professional, detail oriented, and exemplary in his management of the project and crews. He walked us through the project and was available, patient, and prompt in responding to any and all of our questions and concerns. When unforeseen complications arose, he was candid and open and was scrupulous in his pursuit for proper resolutions including us in conversations and decisions regarding solutions, and got the work completed promptly. On more than one occasion, Jimmy went above and beyond completing things himself he could have easily passed off to the crews in order to facilitate the project and keep our project close to the projected bid. The care and attention he put into making sure things were done right, prepping and checking in during the freeze, and making sure we were comfortable with every step of the project made him feel more like a friend than a project manager, and we had little to no stress with him at the helm. All the crews showed up when expected and were efficient, competent and tidy. Cody (and the tech team) got our pool equipment up and ready to endure the storm, and he was clear, concise and thorough in his explanation of the equipment and pool maintenance and patient with our techno challenges. He left the pool clear and sparkling, and the PC2000 in-floor cleaning system is already proving to be so much more efficient and capable of keeping the pool spotless and far cleaner than the vacuum system in our old pool. I cannot speak highly enough about The Pool Man. It was incredibly refreshing and a real pleasure to work with a company and group of people truly focused on providing quality service and product.

1. Design - Blake Harrott designed a pool/spa that utilized our unique backyard space and captured every important detail we wanted. The advice he offered through the process is appreciated more now that we're experiencing the functionality.
2. In floor cleaning system - I can't describe the continuous joy in not having to deal with a robot cleaner. Literally the gift that keeps on giving!
3. Quality, integrity, and high standards - Construction will have complications, you can't expect to build something this big without bumps in the road. The Pool Man will do whatever it takes to deliver the quality they promise.
