We had a wonderful experience with the pool man. Blake designed our pool and Jimmy executed it to perfection. Despite the pandemic, we did not have any delays - everything was completed as planned. The communication was awesome, Jimmy has been extremely responsive to our texts and was very transparent during the pool build process. This is our first experience building a pool and "The Pool Man Inc" made this an absolutely delightful experience for us. We also love the pool cleaning system... it looks so much cleaner... I would highly recommend this team for any pool construction & repair projects. Great work guys !!!

The Pool Man, Inc. provides a trouble free relationship with an outstanding team!! We chose and trusted The Pool Man, Inc. above other entities, to design and construct our Backyard Staycation, including a beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit, travertine patio and outdoor kitchen. This was a very detailed process and we felt that their knowledge, professionalism, and capability of swimming pool services and equipment was far beyond what others had to offer. I can t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the transformation of our backyard. It was completed exactly to the specifications we were shown and agreed to!
We knew that having a pool built during the middle of summer, in stormy Houston, as well as dealing with the lingering effects that Covid 19 had placed on the industry, could have been a nightmare. But thanks to our detail oriented Superintendent, Jimmy May, he turned every step of the process into a pleasant, hassle free experience. As a general rule, I don t give perfect ratings because everyone can do better, but Jimmy May went completely above and beyond my expectations! It s rare to find someone so dedicated, friendly, and in complete control of his work environment, a perfectionist! You can tell he really loves his job and cares about his customers, making you feel like you are the only one he is working with. Jimmy patiently walked us through each step, as many times as needed, and continually reassured us of the process, and as he clearly stated - everything would turn out as he said it would - or else he would keep coming back until the issue was resolved - and he did!! Trust the process!! Creating a pool is like creating a piece of art, and some things just can t be rushed. You definitely know that you are getting a quality pool with the 40+ years of experience in the industry that The Pool Man, Inc. provides.

Fantastic Pool company. At first I was skeptical and unsure about going through with the project. It started with the salesman Wes, who was very professional, attentive and with great understanding of pools. He guided and advised us appropriately. We signed the deal, and Jimmy, the Superintendent took over. Jimmy was detailed and thorough. He shared with us ab-initio, step by step of the installation plans, the ups and downs. He didn't hide anything. He was very honest.
Sometimes, when it rained, contractors won't show up(as expected). That made me inpatient at times, but Jimmy remained composed, and assured us of timely completion of the pool. He was absolutely right. Pool was completed on schedule. Jimmy was with the contractors every step of the way, guiding and ensuring that work completed according to Pool man's quality. Jimmy went above and beyond expectation to ensure quality and timely delivery. We really really appreciate him and that's just an understatement.
Building a pool is not inexpensive, so you want to get your money's worth. If you are looking for a quality pool(with all the bells & whistle), yet affordable, look no further than the Pool man Inc. I said bells and whistles because we also installed in-ground pool cleaning system, pcc2000, which is working really well. Saves me some pool cleaning time. I highly recommend.

The Pool Man Team did a great job bringing our pool/patio/landscaping "Staycation" project to fruition. We started with a vision of what we wanted. Wes Colby and Jimmy Bullock got us to the finish line. Wes utilized his experience and graphics software to design the pool of our dreams. Their expert use of the graphics software set them apart from their competition. I am amazed how close the final product looks compared to the design concept images. Jimmy did a great job of managing the construction of the pool. He and his team did an outstanding job communicating with us through every phase of construction. If something was not to our liking, he ensured that it was made right and that we were happy. We used The Pool Man to design and construct our covered patio, outdoor kitchen and pool. We had a great experience the entire way through. We worked with Wes Colby on the design process and he far exceeded our expectations. His responsiveness, models of the pool, and precise manner was leaps and bounds above any one else we spoke with. He made the entire process of securing HOA approval seamless and answered all our questions promptly. We worked with Jimmy Bullock on the construction and he was personable, friendly, responsive and responsible. He made sure we knew what was going on and kept in touch with us. When we set out to create a resort-style environment for relaxing and entertaining, Wes was really great (and patient) with consultation and design along with key recommendations that were both aesthetically pleasing as well as functionally smart. He also stayed engaged with us throughout the project to ensure we were well taken care of at each phase. During construction, Jimmy's daily communication was detailed and timely so we knew exactly what was taking place each step of the way. Daniel and Cody ensured we knew how to care for the pool and equipment during pool school. After two months of use, I can testify that the in-floor cleaning system, UV and ozone systems allow us to safely use less chlorine for a more gentle and comfortable water experience while ensuring hands-free cleaning and effective sanitation.
