Been using them for years and saved loads versus the brands. Super low prices on both technical and decorative lighting. Even more discount with their trade and loyalty cards. Staff really know their stuff. Recommend.

Been here several times before as well, always seems to have a good variety of lights and accessories in stock when I've visited and I felt I have been charged a fair price. Nice for me that I could visit Sunday as working most weeks and every other Saturday makes shopping like this sometimes hard. The sales team who were there this day, all of them were great, helpful and polite. PS my indoor and outdoor lights are all looking good. Only thing I think they could do more here, would to help promote all British made lights a but more as I prefer to buy local for personal reasons. Thanks everyone
Fantastic service. I phoned regarding a light shade on Friday afternoon, the agent knew immediately about the part, said it was in stock and that he would send it right away. The shade arrived on Monday, expertly wrapped and no charge for postage. That level of service can t be bettered.

So Pleased that I found this Little Gem, not finding the service or products very good at some of the Larger Outlets, a friend asked me if I had visited Poole Lighting? Going into the shop I was so surprised at the wonderful range of lights that they had and when I asked a member of staff for some assistance, he was incredible helpful and knowledgeable! I shall definitely be visiting again!

Do not purchase from this company 5 faulty lights sent ,was told would send replacements have never arrived disgusting bad management
Very impressed, brought a set of 10 spike lights from screwfix, which I thought there small but we re brilliant, I needed to extend by another 10 lights.
So went to Poole Lighting direct. Spoke to Neil who was a great help and a credit to there customer service,s, and brought just 10 lights.
