Breakfast in the cafe after a night-shift, good food well cooked, staff very good nothing to much trouble and very polite.

Lovely hotel close to the sea front - very helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Buffet dinner was superb. Would be nice to have more facilities (pool / gym) on site - 10 min walk to sister hotel where these are available.

A very nice hotel a convenient place for everything when it opens up! I have not stayed for a long time but now the room was much nicer than the last time, excellent service from all of the staff from checking in until leaving, only a slight problem with our meal, the steak was a bit fatty and my big bugbear which lots of restaurants/ hotels are guilty of, advertising chips on the menu and serving French fries which are not or ever will be chips especially if having with fish which would have been my first choice.

Not much interest shown. The barman eventually came and gave me a menu. No request to see if I wanted dessert, I eventually asked for me. My table was a bit sticky on the ground floor.
There is a restaurant on the first floor worth looking at. Opens at 6:30pm if you can wait.

Attending a meeting. Excellent customer service from the staff on reception. Unable to take my own cushion due to CovI'd restrictions so I was supplied with two comfortable cushions for my spine. Room temperature was spot on and wonderful social distancing and appropriate track and trace. Thank You

Couldn't recommend any better. Seafood supper on Friday is to die for!

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly pleasant staff. Who all made isolation that abit easier.
