I had an interview 4 weeks ago for a position they had posted. I was told to call back the following Monday if I didn't hear anything by Friday. I called back and Ale" the one who did the interview tells me that they hired a new office person and didn't have time to do my paperwork. Well now I call back a month later just to check and she proceeds to tell me I never told you anything of the sort and starts to be really aggressive in the way she talked to me on the phone. How can anyone be so unprofessional to someone who shows interest in a position that the company posted? I would not recommend applying for a job when you have this person doing the interviews and being unprofessional.

This place is a joke to the Driver s wish I could have gave them -5 five hours and still not in the dock

The people ARE friendly, but lacking in common sense and morivation. Example: The yard goat has empties staged in front of the otr docks.... WAY too close.. for no reason. Had to wait 20 minutes for him to move 2 of em so i could dock.
They're strict about axle weight. If your steers are over 12k (which IS legal) instead of simply reading the load rating on the tire, they'll require written authorization from your company, as well as email confirmation that this "ok" haa been recieved by their manager, the broker, and the receiver. (Its saturday. This would take days) if your 5th wheel is set forward (fuel economy)..you have a headache in store.

Legend has it the fire is still burning there today.

The worst experience, if you are an owner operator, do not book a load with this company, unless you want to wait more than 24 hours to be loaded.
horrible, horrible, horrible!!!

This place is time consuming once you get through the guard shack and then they direct you to where you re going to unload they get a no hurry on getting you into a door I ve been here three times and I have never got out of here before four hours yet just food for thought

Easy in and out pretty fast loading and they loaded me before appointment

Horrible personal, 6 hours for load. My last time to come to see this people. HORRIBLE

Here's a new one. So if you pick a load from here you CANNOT have kids or pets in your truck.
If you do, you will have drop your trailer at security check in (and here's the best part) and leave the property. That's right. Leave the property. Luckily there's a Walmart less than 2 miles away.

Worst place for truck drivers. 5 to 6 hours to get load . even if you have an appointment they don't care.

i wouldnit even give them half a star, my first time and my last, you can do your 34 reset on this place thats how slow they are, i think they should hire pple that actually know how to run DC, iam warning you my fellow truck drivers make sure you bring alot of foods and drinks because these guys doint even have a vending machine

As the reviews are saying, just flat out un organized. No bloody excuse for taking the time it takes to load. Bad Bad Bad news

Just every thing about a good company does they do except unsaring phones

1/2 hr unload and 2 hr load.very fast and the employees are nice.

Closed indefinitely Aug 19 2020. Burned to the ground.

Company is good but there point system is unconvinient for the probation period when ur going thru something they didnt excuse my dr note either

Guard shack lady was very nice and respectful friendly, no issues very quick Unload Process in and out 1 hr, Unloader at building 1 was very friendly Employee. Hopefully get same welcome when I return..

Worst place my appointment 8 clock now is 2pm still waiting

My girlfriend works there. Today the 23rd of Dec 2018. Unknown individuals went in thru the fence I believe and broke into employees cars and stole their valuables left in cars. One lady had $3k cash and wallet with bank cards taken. Wal-mart has better security than Poly Amerca. They definitely need a roving guard and high definition cameras.

Doesn't deserve a piece of a star...... absolutely the worst place to get loaded. Almost 4 hours past appointment time and still not at a door. I will NEVER be back at this hell hole!

Really this place doesn t even deserve 1 star, honestly owner operators shouldn t even come here no matter what. Completely irresponsible staff, 6+ hours waiting & still don t know. Have loaded 3/4 else I would ve left empty.

NO PETS .. No smoking in or out of truck. Had to drop trailer and leave. Because 5lb Chihuahua
