Wonderful place. In the very center and with a view of the Palace of Culture. Beautiful interior and a very charming place. Delicious food and very nice staff. I would recommend !!!

It was very good.
Walking distance to the station, shopping mall, stall, restaurant, observation deck, museum.
The room is beautiful and wifi is also strong.

I had the pleasure to stay at Polonia for a week in both business and private. I have only good things to say about the hotel.
Lovely room with good space for my baggage and computer. Large and fresh bathroom. Superb view over the city.
The breakfast was incredible, you definitely find something you will like and I'm sure no one will go hungry.
The location is in the middle of Warsaw with walking distance to nearly everything.

At first the bed can seems a bit hard, but give it s try! I have often problems with my back, and I never sleept so good before! And actually woken without my morning pain.

The only little thing I could wish is a little faster WiFi. Sometimes it's maybe many who uses it and the connection is not to fast then.

A very elegant hotel located 30 minutes walk from the old town. Four spacious and clean. A wonderful buffet breakfast.

We booked this place for a short weekend break, and will not hesitate to book it again. It is very conveniently located - right across the Central station and the Palace of of culture and science. So airport transfers etc were easily managed too.
The hotel itself is really impressive - the rooms cleans and spacious. We were also offered complimentary drinks - and the bar does have many cocktails too. Another highlight is the breakfast - which is a treat with the variety offered. Worth another visit for the breakfast itself!

This is an excellent, high-quality, relaxed hotel. Great for travellers and business people alike with views of the Pa ac Kultury i Nauki and the new business high-rises contrasting nicely behind.

Located with a plethora of transport connections - Warsaw Central station, tram, bus lines covering north, south, east and west, another train station and the main Metro line all within a few steps - you can get almost anywhere in Warsaw, simply and quickly.

The old town is a simple Metro/tram/bus ride with a short walk... or a short walk down to Krakowskie Przedmie cie/Nowy wiat and a then a bus trip (or stroll) past the also historic tourist sights to the castle.

The airport is quick and simply accessed by taxi or train (the airport is in zone 1 with about a 30 minute ride). The main business district is a short walk or quick public transport trip away.

The hotel is elegant and professional with an excellent calm and relaxed atmosphere. The building is historic in appearance and fully modern in function. The rooms are well-sized with good, spacious bathrooms. I particularly like that there is ample space for laying your toiletry bag and toiletries to be easily accessed where you need them. The gym is simple, but sufficient with towels and water provided and an adjoining wellness centre for massages. The service by the staff is on-point and unobtrusive showing evident experience. The in-room safe is quite large for its type and very easily takes a 15" laptop and I would presume also a 17" would fit very easily. Service by the staff is quick, efficient, professional and unobtrusive.

The food in the hotel is excellent. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and definitely great value, being comprised of solid range of real, quality ingredients which is being constantly refreshed, even as the end of breakfast time approaches. The breakfast really speaks to the quality offered by the hotel - see photos (taken well after the start of service, so some depletion shown).

Apart from the very good fare available in the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area of covering quick, cheap and high-end fine quality options.

The hotel's location is almost centralised on a number of shopping areas. The Z ote Terasy shopping mall is next to the Central Station. The street leading outside the hotel to Z ote Terasy is being upgraded with new shops. Facing the other direction can be seen a number of buildings with high-street chain shops, behind which is Chmielna which is an average shopping street leading to Krakowskie Przedmie cie and the route to the castle and old town. Heading east on Al. Jerozolimskie brings more shopping and restaurants and a collection of high-end shops at the Vitkac building. Turning right on Bracka brings Mysia with the Mysia3 design shopping building and also Mokotowska which runs with more quality shopping and some other eateries with a lot more vegan options in the area. Heading south along Mokotowska comes to Koszykowa, marked on the corner by the cool-girl Bizuu store with a few cool designer boutiques down the road to the east and Plac Konstytucji to the west with quick trams, bus and Metro to the hotel or old town. On the western side of the Plac Konstytucji, Koszykowa continues with Hala Koszkyi and its eating and shopping options.

All-in-all, this is an excellent hotel with a location and transport connections to take advantage of everything Warsaw has to offer. The surrounds contain options in both dining and shopping to suit all budgets. No matter whether you are a tourist or business person, the Polonia Palace is well-set to satisfy your needs with a relaxing calm and professional atmosphere.

Awesome hotel, very attentive staff, great breakfasts

A great hotel! Beautiful interiors with atmosphere and rooms. Comfortable quiet and super professional service. Absolutely phenomenal breakfasts, everything you can dream of, including champagne and vodka. Even if I wanted it, I do not have much to cling to. Absolute professionalism bordering on perfection. 100% recommend !!!

So far a really good Hotel. I hope not to have the revise the review. Professional reception and full service. Nice, really clean rooms and expecting a Good stay for 3 nights.

The hotel is known luxury is assumed, so the standard should be high. Nice finish, tasty cuisine etc., but I do not know what is going on among the staff because everyone there was totally stressed. No one even smiled for a moment, and when the manager appeared in the field of vision, all the staff was at attention. The hotel is not only walls but above all the atmosphere.

Really lovely hotel and probably the best view in town. My room just faced the square with the Palace of Culture. All people very friendly and such a massive choice of food for breakfast!

Lovely hotel in the central area. The beds were perfect and my partner and I slept very well. The buffet breakfast was very well equipped too with anything you could want from traditional food items to a great salad bar if you're vegan/vegetarian.

We will definitely return when in Warsaw!

Located in the business district of Warsaw (centrum) where there are also other large hotels, the central station, a shopping center, and bus and tram stations including airport lines (175 and N32 night). About half an hour walk from the historic center. Affordable price combined with wizzair air ticket. Good service, 24-hour reception, discreet standard room, international breakfast.

Wonderful here too! Service at a high level! Nothing you miss. There are many shopping shops nearby. Prices are normal as in Bulgaria, but the quality of the fabrics is real. A 40-minute walk you can walk to New World and get to Old Town. 500 meters away is the Vistula River ....

Very nice hotel with exceptional service. Very clean, nicely decorated and stylish as well. My wife and I stayed here for three nights on a long weekend trip and really enjoyed it. The massage service was nice!

I really like this hotel. It was beautiful, the wifi is really fast and it is in a really good location. I found an Iphone 6 in the back of a taxi and the staff helped me locate the owner. It is easy to access restaurants, the train station and also other areas of Warsaw. I want to marry a Polish lady so I was thinking to have my wedding in the hotel.. Is it possible? Can you help me find a Polish wife?

In a class of its own, everything at the highest level. If I had to stick to something by force, it's quite poor for a hotel of this class, the breakfast menu but it's rather a trifle. In addition, the highest world class. I would recommend.

Character and comfort in a central location. Room and bathroom were fab. I loved the fresh fruit waiting for me, but that could have been because I got upgraded to a suite. In any case, you know you're in a historic building in Warsaw, and have all the comfort you want. Breakfast offers a ton of options, including a glass of champagne should you wish to start your day in style.

Great location. Worth paying extra for the stunning city view! Breakfast is AMAZING and there is a good selection of food and drink in the hotel, plus the fact the location is in next to everything. It's a good walk to the Old Town but worth it if the weather is good.

A beautiful, luxurious hotel in a convenient location. The staff was gracious and professional, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous, if crowded. Airport transfers were easily arranged.

OK but not amazing. The room was reasonable and so was the breakfast nothing more.

Last time I got a room (1st floor) which only had one window, which was facing the inside of the hotel, right on top of the hallway/reception. Extremely noisy because of guest with kids and people at the bar. They shouldn't have room like this one! Beside it was impossible to avoid the lights which were always on in the hallway

My husband and I spent the most wonderful New Year's Eve in our lives in this wonderful place. I have truly never experienced such a wonderful New Year greeting. We extended our stay because we fell in love with this place. The building is delightful. The service was very nice. Food? My husband and I are great admirers of exquisite cuisine. What the kitchen at this hotel suggested to us exceeded our expectations. We were happy to use the option of delivering meals to the room (we wanted to finally relax and this option only made it possible for us). We looked for "something" for a long time, which at least resembled the cake we got in Polonia for dessert. And I boldly say that it is not possible to find anything that would even look like this delicious dessert.
We really like the soundproof windows and the view of the heart of Warsaw from them. Our kitten was with us, he loved to sit on the windowsill and admire the city, including the Palace of Culture. The hotel service loved our pet. And he didn't feel bad about it either. He usually runs away from strangers - it was different there. This also speaks volumes. The lady at the reception came out to stroke our kitten. Very good staff. A big bow to everyone!

To sum up - food, service, interior - perfect. One drawback is no parking. However, you can live with it.
