A nice place for events with delicious food. WITHOUT the last visit was disappointing, lacking professionalism (rude, inexpert, slow service)

The most beautiful banqueting room! It looks like a palace literally. I would only recommend that the pool be open to the public for a while.

I suggested polis to my cousin for her wedding reception as I had previously attended a party as a guest. I do not hide that for this reason I had a relative agony to make everything perfect. The kids at polis have confirmed me with their professionalism at all levels. A demanding wedding where everything went perfectly, service, food, party!

It was all FANTASTIC! We married and made our wedding reception at Polis in July 2017. Our marriage was Greek-Scottish and so had several peculiarities. The officers, Maria and Manos were great professionals consistently and took care of all the details of the reception and resolved all our questions during the preparation. The service was great. Those who worked in the service at our wedding were discreet polite, quick. The food was impeccable, tasty and exactly what we agreed. But besides the general picture of the reception that was terrible, I must express to Polis some of the incidents that left the invited voices. A lady invited to the marriage that had dietetic peculiarities finally decided during the reception that she wanted to eat meat (!) And although she spoke with great rudeness to the waiter, she answered very politely and finally the chef cooked something exclusively for her (! !). This would not happen in any other party in Thessaloniki! Also, other guests' comments were that the children who worked helped the mothers with the little ones, the heels in the lawn, the terrible sound of the reception, and many other positive comments. Let's not forget the place (we were in the smallest) that is very romantic and at the same time modern with great views! We also had orchestra and dj as well as fireworks in agreement with Polis, music was low (because the speakers are on the roof of the track), the sound was excellent and the reception finished at 5am.

We could not be happier and happier with the organization !!! So do our guests !!!

It is one of the few places in Thessaloniki that can offer comfort, good service and of course very good food. It is a place that if you make a start you will definitely want to visit it again !! So make the start !!

Summer wedding and air conditioning closed until the wedding starts? Recipe for destruction. Unacceptable.

I had visited Polis in the past before my participation as a Guide on Google Maps. My impressions since then, I speak for over 7 years, was that I entered a place that was created with a lot of passion and love. The menu then It was just amazing, the staff was very polite. It just stuck in my memory very happily ... So now that I had the pleasure of being invited to a friend's wedding party, I just realized that the place not only improved, it took off. Great cuisine? For the incredible pool? The view? The staff?

Although we listened to it we didn't believe it. At the wedding we went to high season the music was so loud that we talked with our neighbors as if we were at home. The wedding was reminiscent of more funerals. the music.

As you reach your eyes are filled with images, you do not understand and process what you see. You park in an organized area as you head towards the hotel, embracing a lush landscape of trees and lawns. You start to realize what will happen, the absolute beauty is slowly emerging, what is called the Polis Convention Center! You are greeted by an arch, as you pass underneath you feel its touch and predispose you to what will happen in the back area of the center. Every step and a surprise, every turn of your head and new images, your smile says it all. At the back of the entrance to the interior of the center, you are welcomed by the attractive pool surrounded by green touches. You enter the interior and your senses take off. You want to take a moment to sit down to figure out where you are and put together the pictures you enjoy. It's the ultimate event venue and even more so when talking about your personal wedding moments. They give you the most beautiful space, you just make small touches and with them you create the most beautiful canvas of your life .......

Very nice space and nice view unquestionably.The pool stands out. The food in two weddings that I was coming from was not so good (especially meats) with a wide variety of accompaniments and desserts. Also the arrangement of the space does not help enough because the toilets and the big exit stair are on the one side next to the loft so that the guests who sit on the other side have to cross the loft. But details make the difference.

Thank you for everything. Everything was wonderful. It was and is one of my favorite places so we made our wedding to you. We heard from many guests that it was one of the few weddings that was all perfect. We will return to the christening !!!

Unacceptable place! The food is inadequate and the staff very distant and chilly .... Sorry for the kids who paid ... but the only thing they care about is how to get the money without a similar view !!

OTHER THAN THE FIRST CONFERENCE OF THESSALONIKI AND NOT ONLY.

It was a bad meal, but the service was bad. Air conditioning was a problem in the summer, which made it hard for everyone to stay and the staff claimed that it was operating normally. After many observations, the glass windows opened, a fact that did not help the situation. It means a shop of this level to behave so as not to control anything as important as air conditioning or to have a plan b.For the honeymooners who spoiled them all the way

Perfect food, perfect location and view, impeccable service. A big thank you to the waiter (I think they call him Andrea) at table 2! Thanks also for the prompt response of the person in charge to help us spontaneously organize a small surprise for a person in the company who had a birthday.

Shrewd businessmen .. !! With your boredom and your sweat people play! At your most important moment, they only look at how and where they will get them.
We were pocketed because of the death of the bride's dad and we were postponing the wedding for the year ... so the deposit was invalid !!
- the music after 00.30 lowers you almost whisper that you don't hear the opposite.
- Fireworks are forbidden (though they are mentioned in the well-formulated booklet)
- musical instruments again not because they disturb the other wedding (in the garden next door) and have a problem
- the cars have been broken out from time to time and have no liability (as I learned from a gay friend)
- if you postpone the wedding date for force majeure (death etc.) you will lose the deposit (as they did to us)
- they change prices and baptize them as they want according to their needs
- no human contact .... your pocket full of paying for all the extras that come up at times
