Huge hotel, but it's like a labyrinth. It takes a while to orient yourself. Good food, rooms nice and fine, wellness a little to such a large hotel.

Very nice hotel, service very nice and helpful, clean. Breakfast and dinner a large selection and very tasty, service very nice and efficient. Pool area great, children's play rooms too.

Absolute 5/5! The quality of service and the appearance of the hotel at the highest level!

Good food, medium class rooms, air conditioning in the room tragedy (the more in the attic - as it was not), poor WiFi, bathrooms small and neglected (not clinging to the shower door). In general, the kitchen saves the situation, summarizing it is a large hotel, but on average maintained.

Neat and tidy. Good and plentiful breakfasts. Nice service, although waiting times in the pub for an order. Overall worth recommending.
Minus for the shelf in the bathroom. Unfortunately, mounting at the wrong angle caused the perfume to slip off and shatter. Especially since the cleaners confirmed that it was not the first time.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, but very cold in the rooms.

Benefits :
- very nice hotel service;
- a new swimming pool with saunas. The water in the pool is ozonated and very clean;
- a playroom for children, even the older ones, because it is equipped with an X-box;
- very rich and tasty breakfasts;
Disadvantages:
- sewage stench when you enter the room (I lived in the Economy room in the old part);
- plastic shower cubicle and very creaky;
- Saturday disco until 2.30, heard in the Economy room on the top floor. MACABRA;
- the tiles in the pool are very slippery. My tiny baby fell over as it stood by my leg;

A very nice place for a few days visit with family. Service, which is very nice and competent, tries to satisfy all guests' wishes. The great advantage of the hotel is the gastronomic offer (the food is delicious and varied). The location is also OK. Within 30 km you can visit really interesting places. I also recommend this hotel for cyclists, as a good base. Squash enthusiasts will not be bored, too.

A very nice hotel, friendly to families with children, for whom there are many attractions and facilities available. Every child will be satisfied, as well as parents will relax in the hotel's spa. Rooms spacious and clean, food tasty and varied. Hotel service przesympatyczna and always helpful. I honestly recommend.

The hotel deserves recognition - a great spa, nice helpful staff, excellent breakfasts. A perfect place for a family stay.

In general, we are happy with the stay. Very nice zone of relaxation Jacuzzi pools, there is a pool table, ping pong table, table football, outdoor and indoor play. In the old part of the rooms a little ancient, old linen towels, no fridge, air conditioning is just a weak breeze is not very effective. Very good breakfast, medium supper, some unpleasant staff as if they worked there, but not everyone, very nice ladies and ladies at the pool and from the dinosaur room. I think that next time we will take rooms in the new part if we visit the hotel. We are satisfied with the whole stay looking at the price in relation to the quality :-)

A nice hotel for the weekend. Super SPA and good value for money. On the downside surveillance at registration. They collect a lot of data of all the residents.

Rooms, pool, activities okay but I have not been out of the restaurant after eating dinner because they need tables for new guests ... Maybe such habits are here.

Very clean, competent and friendly staff, a good place for a weekend getaway.

1. A hotel with a high standard of service. The staff is extremely professional, helpful and considerate. Employees do not get upset even in stressful situations.
Breakfasts and dinners served in the hotel restaurant are varied and generally very tasty - so home-made.
I assess the technical condition of the hotel positively, I would only replace the table and ping pong paddles in the games room, as their condition is unusable.

2. SPA belonging to the hotel, very nice. Treatments performed professionally, in a relaxing atmosphere, and their price is very affordable.
The pool and sauna complex also leaves nothing to be desired.

The area around the entire complex is not very interesting - rather industrial, so I recommend this place to people focused on hotel attractions than for long walks and contact with nature. The road to the nearest mountains and "virgin lands" is about 35 km long.

Massacre, I do not recommend !!! I described my stay in detail through TRAVELIST and they got along with each other and did not publish my opinion because it was not favorable to the hotel - I advise against staying !!!

I was with my family at the Europa Hotel in November 2019. I consider the stay to be very successful. The pools are large and the paddling pool very clean. My three little kids refused to leave them. Wife very happy with the saunas. Rooms large and spacious. Urszula, who deals with individual reservations, helped us a lot. She found us a room in the family part of the hotel. Gourmet food. In addition, two play rooms for kids and for adults there is also a PUB. You didn't want to leave the hotel because it was everything. We've been to many places in Poland and we have never returned the same time ... but this time we are coming back to the Europa Hotel for Valentine's Day because it is simply worth it.

The hotel is fairly clean unfortunately in a bad neighborhood. The service is quite nice, the food very poor and varied, during the Easter period only dinner is served, no coffee juices or even tea.
Zero fresh vegetables for dinner nothing but vegetables are from water with garlic sauce, no tomato, cucumber, even a salad leaf .... drama, hard meat potatoes and rice that can be cut with a knife as a festive menu is a failure.
Swimming pool with water so chlorinated that it is impossible to swim without glasses, for children I do not recommend sharp burning when touching eyes.
The only one at this hotel at a decent level is the Spa with very nice service.
In general, the price for the day is much overstated and completely not adequate to the standard.
I do not recommend !!!

Total failure and embarrassment .....
First, let's start with how the lady from the SPA service brazenly banned my partner from the sauna because she was in a swimsuit. After my question, why did this happen, she said that they have the rules and only enter the saunas in the thin "ala towel" which is given by the service. So I asked to be able to read the above mentioned guidelines from the hotel, but there was no point in banning the entry in the swimsuit at any point in the regulations. So the receptionist lady took me in front of the sauna and told me to look at the barely visible stickers, because they are the point of the regulations ..... The embarrassment, after all, these stickers were hard to see because of the low light, and secondly, such drawings can be interpreted in different ways, thirdly, even if a hotel guest decides to go almost naked to the sauna, there's even nowhere to undress and leave your swimsuit .....
In view of the above, I demanded a conversation with a person of higher rank, which ended only by phone, because the manager was out of reach of the hotel. During the conversation, tel. with the supervisor of the SPA staff, I also did not receive any specific answer, explanation etc. regarding the situation. I would also like to emphasize that the Travelist website does not write about a non-textile zone of saunas in the entire description of the above mentioned hotel.
Standard rooms leave much to be desired, i.e. the entrance door is very difficult to close, you need to forcefully and energetically to "click" it so that it is in its place, which makes it very loud in the corridor. The case also concerns the opening of windows that open, let's say normally, but to close this action must be done by a man - so they are abandoned in relation to the frames. After the noises in different directions in the corridor and in the room, you can deduce that not one, not two rooms, only a few on one floor has problems with doors and windows. Also in our bathroom deserved the max. 2 stars - holes between the joints of ceramic tiles, almost clogged drain from the shower tray, the height of the installed toilet bowl quite inflated. One word, in relation to my frequent stays in various hotels I am very disgusted and disappointed with the stay in a place that is so highly rated ....

Hotel great. Clean and tidy as befits a hotel of this class. Food very good. Spa very ok although I did not get to the treatments ... Sauna sessions revelation !!! I recommend to everyone...

Moloch with a labyrinth of corridors, which are not always easy to get to the room (mine - lift up, then after a few turns down the stairs). From morning till evening, in the corridor, there was irritating music that could be heard clearly in the room. Operation OK. Compared to the price of the room the restaurant was quite expensive, but the food was tasty.

The hotel room has no fridge and kettle, where even in private rooms without stars are. Is such a standard equipment standard not included in these 4 stars?

They try very hard, they waited for us with dinner, despite the late hour we were served with a smile. There were a few mishaps, but the staff very involved and helpful. We were on a romantic trip, family and business, I recommend.

Hotel at a very high horizontal. The apartment is spacious, modern, nicely decorated. The whole hotel is well-kept. The entire staff is very professional - barmen, room waiters, waiters, and spa service - they take care of every detail and comfort of guests. The food on the menu is delicious, there is a wide selection of drinks, breakfasts in the price of the room are incredibly diverse and tasty. In addition, the price of the room you can use the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, which are clean and the water in them does not contain chlorine.

A very well-kept hotel, new equipment, clean. Great breakfasts and a very good restaurant.

Everything is well outside the gym ... although it was just as I was during the entire training (about 2 hours) I was alone. And what's the problem? The gym is on level -1, so neither the phone nor the WiFi range of the hotel grabs ... I wanted to let go of the music but unfortunately I was only on the loaded one. And heavily worn treadmills one completely disabled with a crash card. The second one is slightly pruned at a more powerful step, which leads to the impression of falling over and not sure about it from time to time. TV at the gym is working but the channels were not there, even though some music channel let go. In addition, breakfast varied, friendly service, smiling, clean room, swimming pool and jacuzzi without reservations.

I spent 7 days with my family at the Hotel Europa. It was a great getaway. We stayed in a Standard plus room in a quiet part of the hotel closer to the spa area. I definitely recommend this part for families with children. Room clean, spacious, cleaned daily on request. Small minus for the tiny pillows, but you can ask for a second one. Very tasty food, a large selection, everyone will find something they like. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool area is also recommendable. The only drawbacks are the smell in the changing rooms (toilets require frequent cleaning) and the fact that it is very slippery, children must be extremely careful, adults too, especially in the middle of the large pool where the inscription is. Overall, I highly recommend it. Hope to come back someday.

The opinion will be long, therefore, first a summary, and below what influenced this assessment:
-> if you are used to the 2 or 3 star standard, you will enjoy your stay at the Europa Starachowice Hotel
-> if you are used to the 4-star standard (Hotel Binkowski Kielce, Hotel Go biewski), you will leave here very disappointed

Plus stay:
+ Nice and clean rooms
+ breakfasts approx

Cons of Stay:
- Dinners - unlike breakfast, very poor. Simple meals, fatty or breaded meats, no salad bar. If someone plans to eat something light and dietary for dinner, unfortunately they will not find anything for themselves (although the soups are very good)
- no lobby where you can sit in a comfortable armchair and relax
- please be careful if someone wants an invoice for the stay. If this is not reported when making the prepayment, they automatically issue an advance invoice for the natural person who made the payment
- poor soundproofing of rooms (loud guests and barking dogs are problematic)
- a very bad approach to solving conflict situations (in my room the temperature control did not work, so for the first 4 nights I "slept" at a temperature of 25 degrees - although it could not be called a dream. For the last two days it was decided to exchange the room - unfortunately for smaller, but at least the temperature controllable.It turns out that 2 of the 6 nights I bought were comfortable. The worst thing is that the manager insists that everything in the room works, despite the fact that the hotel "gentleman" said that the sensor / fuses are damaged. I negatively evaluate the attitude of the manager who, despite my suggestions, did not even try to verify whether what I say is true and whether the problem has been removed.

I feel sorry for everyone who is checked in at this hotel in room 155, before fixing the temperature-controlled fault.

I came here to rest and for 4 out of 6 nights I slept for 3-4 hours due to the problem I reported. Instead of relaxation, a big disappointment.

160 PLN one. The hotel is called Europe and you really feel the province here.

Cool location, quiet quiet. Food plentiful and sufficient, clean and modern rooms, mega pool and jacuzzi zone especially outside, gym great, tennis, billiards nice terrace only what is a sauna .... I would add a salt cave, a place for ice and Bosman's bucket after leaving the sauna .... and so on 5 gives 4 + .... it's ok ... best regards.

A surprise at first, we were offered a larger room, with no price adjustment. Room spacious, clean, no smell. Towels, soap, shower gel, bathrobes in the room. The stay purchased as part of travelist, therefore the swimming pool is included in the price of the stay, open in the afternoon until 22.00. Tasty food, good coffee (coffee machine). Possibility to order warm scrambled eggs with additives, made on a regular basis.
Possibility to rent bicycles, the bicycles look new.
Possibility to come with a dog.

Organically poor. Small rooms. As a 3-bed room we were given a 2-bed room with an extra bed without informing us about it and not just us. They do not deserve 4 stars

Perhaps the rating results from a comparison with another "hotel" in the city (we have just moved to Europe), but the place is really high. Reliable service, food in the restaurant very correct, breakfast in order, sauna area and swimming pool flawless. The relaxation zone is a bit limp, but the overall impression is very positive. recommend

Nice hotel with good food. Fantastic breakfast buffet - lots of choice and everything is very tasty. Dinners also ok. Rooms large and very clean. Swimming pool, paddling pool with slide, 3 super saunas, Jacuzzi inside and outside. The only thing that didn't suit us was the air temperature, which was too low. Water alone from 30 to 33 degrees was ok, but moving between pools / hot tubs etc. caused goosebumps. The service was nice, although the first impression with attention regarding parking was poor (instead of asking us immediately the attention was clerical, and wrong). At the end the reception added some additional fees because our package was not checked. Our money was saved only by the quick reaction of my half, which has a better memory than me and quickly brought the necessary arguments from the ordered offer. You must always be vigilant and I recommend the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay at a high standard. I recommend this metered. Breakfast is very rich, also okay. Saunas all a plus. We used the hot stone massage, very relaxing, despite prices .... service at a high level. The only drawback is the renovation, we could be heard banging and drilling but wieny with it for the sake of future guests :)

For a place in a small city, I can safely give 5 stars for a four-star hotel. Przesympatyczna service although I heard that the kitchen is the Ukrainians in what I can believe because the food sometimes did not hold the "level" but I will not fault myself enough not to eat what is not tasty;)
