very very rude staff. I wanted to order something - take way, asked for a recommendation; the answer: "have a look at our internet site and log in again" !!! UNFRIENDLY UP TO NO LONGER !!!!!!

Super nice service and very tasty breakfast. The sauna area also contributes to relaxation. Everything worked out great for us.

The Hotel Eurener Hof offers a choice of two restaurants. We were in the Wilder Kaiser, which rather the fine cuisine offers. The ambiance in the restaurant was very inviting and cozy. The food was delicious and offers a wide selection for every taste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no long waiting times. Highly recommended and also suitable for special occasions. You should definitely reserve.

Delicious food and very friendly fast service! I was there for the first time, some others always like to come there for over 20 years. Actually excellent food for meat eaters and vegetarians. But point deduction because equivalent vegan foods have yet to find their way onto the menu. But they are hard-working and very attentive. That's why the whole score. I will be happy to come back!

Rooms are spacious and clean. But the lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room are a downside.

Dinner in the restaurant today was excellent as always! For my wife's 50th birthday, we received a cake as a present from the house.
In the meantime the location has become our family's regular location.

I was with the family for lunch. Starters, main courses and desserts were plentiful, of great quality and deliciously prepared. Because of the high quality you pay accordingly, but it's worth it.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Obviously well trained by an experienced hotelier! The cleanliness, comfort and coziness was worth every star! Delicious food, wine and whiskies in the excellent restaurants... (Wilder Kaiser is very warm due to open grill area...be warned!!!). One of the best breakfast buffets we ve ever seen...including cold. It s that you don t usually get. Free parking, wellness area including pool and sauna which are extremely stylish. An extra thank you to one of the management team Sebastian Ball, who went out of his way to make our 3 night stay as memorable as possible. Top top top!!!!!!

Rooms are really cosy, authentic and clean. The sauna + swimming pool are a very nice area. Restaurant is awesome, proposing both German and some international dishes, very well prepared. I fully recommend it.

Very nice hotel with thermal area, quiet and great breakfast. Room big and clean. Could not say anything negative in my 2 days stay.

Unfriendly employee! We just got in the restaurant and asked the waiter, if it is open, since there were no guests at all. With an imaginary look and rolled eyes, this waiter turned away and said "Of course." I have never experienced such a negative, repellent welcome in a restaurant! - Not at McDonald's. Never again!

Great German cuisine, very tastefully decorated and a good selection of wines.

Once again I spent a mega relaxing short vacation.
Very nice young staff at the reception, always in a good mood. Always helpful. As a tip: despite apps, it would be nice if you could buy bike maps of the area.
Eaten and drunk very well in the restaurant as always. Breakfast was a buffet.
I have to say, however, that we would have liked guests without a mask, which unfortunately existed, to be made aware of the fact that a mask is required. That bothered us a bit.

You can eat really well here. Everything fresh at an acceptable price-performance ratio. Several dining rooms, all comfortably furnished. Staff friendly and attentive.
