It is a bureaucratic clinic it seems that it gives laziness to attend to people there are two things or the staff is very poorly paid or they are looking for low qualified personnel, apart from the emergency it seems a dungeon, it is horrible I have fatal experience of it, may God take care of me to that establishment

Excellent attention. Even the security staff in the parking lot is very friendly!

Medical staff: Usually excellent, at the level of CMD La Trinidad, all the doctors I have been to (many, unfortunately) have had an impeccable track record and their references are wonderful.
Facilities: The common facilities are a bit deteriorated but upon entering the offices everything improves. The teams almost always work (it's a rare thing in Venezuela) and almost any type of exam can be done there.
Food: I do not recommend it, it is of low quality even by hospital food standards.

It does not stand out for being the best clinic because they take a long time to attend and nobody answers if you are not behind the doctors, they do exams every so often, studies and more and do not say results, but it is in history, wait for the dr , must be there, and I never saw his face but in the end they have practiced everything you need and give a good diagnosis ... this in terms of adult care because for children I have no complaints ... excellent! !!

A comprehensive medical center with consultation, hospitalization, maternity and laboratory services. A modern building that also has cafes, banks and parking. If walking upstairs or in a taxi, use Caurimare Avenue. If, on the other hand, you come by car and want to park, access the ramp on the Main Avenue of Caurimare as indicated by the signs in the area.

Excellent attention and facilities. A bit expensive but the service is worth it.

In the case of ambulatory surgeries, the treatment of the doctors, nurses and stretcher-bearers is excellent. In the cafeteria both food and attention is regular (3). The pre-admission process can improve, be more explicit and customer (patient) oriented. The billing and refund process is poor (1), if the bill is paid for a service and the receipt must be issued immediately, there are no waiting periods.

Grateful to the Metropolitan Clinic for the attention and kindness received during the days 21, 22 and 23 December 2015. Especially to its emergency personnel and doctors of the Infectology Unit.
