It s pretty sad when even this company has to start taking advantage of people living in the valley too. Very poor management and they don t care about their residents much.

Please please DO NOT rent from properties In River Run, Kayak Crossing, or any other polar star properties. They hung up on me while trying to seek assistance and won't fix anything when it goes wrong! Horrible services and decent at best living spaces. Very sad I gave this place money for so long. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Sadly I am a homeowner in River Park Condos which this company manages. This place has such extreme rules that my neighbor is not allowed to fly an american flag and has been fined. They have also fined me for my dog barking but will not tell me when this barking occured or what will get me a fine in the future. I am not allowed to leave my sliding glass door open in a property that I OWN because my dog is on the deck unattended- even if I am right inside the door. Do not use this company

I visited a friend who lives at one of the Polar Star properties and my car was booted, despite the fact that I jumped through their hoops to get my car legally parked at a visitor spot. The website we were supposed to register the car on wasn't working and when we called the office, the staff member had no suggestions on how to help us - she instead told us we needed to come into the office to get a paper copy. Had the online system worked and the paper system synced with the online one, I probably wouldn't have had to pay to have a boot removed. Staff should be trained on how to handle these questions to avoid this frustration moving forward.

They have an ad on the news paper that says they have limited availability it s been there since I moved to Colorado , every time
You call they always say they do not have any something is not right they need to stop false advertising.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful landlords. The ladies in the front office are sassy, snobby little twits that refuse to help you with any problems you have. The upper management does not care about their tenants whatsoever despite the fact that without us, they would not have a business. Do not rent from here, you will surely regret it.

They should change the name of their business to 1 star properties. I arrived on location for a video shoot for the company and they cancelled upon me arriving, but Priscilla Coffin didn't have the professionalism to mention it to me over the phone 15 minutes before or in person when I arrived. Instead made me call my producer to find out. Not to mention wasting 3 hours of my day. Thanks Polar Star Properties

I ve been living here quite a while and I try my best to not have any problems. The apartment complex is nice and the people who work physically at Kayak Crossing are all very respectful and friendly. Most of my interactions with the staff in the office have been very helpful as well.
For some reason when I finally do have a real issue where the only person who could help was the property manager he told me it was my own fault for not getting into the office in the week and a half notice to renew my pass. I explained that I have a temporary pass since you wouldn t give me a full pass for you were switching over parking permits. I said that s fine but I do have trouble making it in since I work weekdays. So I knew I could go in on Saturday. The first Saturday I was out of town and so I show up the second and it was closed for holiday. Now since my pass was until the 31st I figured there would be some understanding since they closed the office. So the independent boot company booted me since it was expired. I understand that. Though when I explained everything to the manager he told me there was nothing he can do and I should ve come in on that one Saturday since I should ve expected it closed for the holiday. All I asked was for him to call the boot company and explain the situation. He vehemently said no. All I wanted was a phone call to show some support. Not a person who should be handling a situation such as this. Lack of rationality and could not give me any reason besides he doesn t want to help the next guy with a similar problem. Really upsetting for a place that specializes in creating homes.

I RARELY give a 5 Star review....but in this case, hands down, they are a 5!!! I've rented here in the valley for the past 30 years (with several different leasing agents) and can tell you from experience, that the leasing office plays a HUGE part of your happiness and peace of mind. Forget the fact that Kayak Crossing is one of the few affordable places to live in the valley! Forget the fact that it's in a location that has a multimillion view many homeowners don't have! If your management team does not meet your needs....there's going to be added stress and frustration in your life, right?! Here's some things our family LOVED about the team working at our leasing office: they are super friendly & personable with great smiles and attitudes. They responded QUICKLY to our needs and "work orders." They were there for us with options, when COVID hit and we needed financial help. They've been incredibly reasonable and accommodating to our needs. If you've lived here in the valley very long, you know that EXCELLENT service is hard to come by. So as we leave the valley, our family would like to say THANK YOU to the leasing office at Polar Star....and a very special RAVE to JEFF & BESSY, as well as the maintenance team, ALFRED & JAMES who truly made our stay an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! We are really going to miss yall!
