SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!.... they stole our money and fled. No headstone was produced, money that was to be paid to the cemetery for the foundation was pocketed, and then they closed shop. As per the representative at the cemetery, we were not the only ones affected and victimized... They preyed and took advantage of people that were grief struck and vulnerable. What the Polanco s have done is cruel and disgraceful. SHAME ON YOU!!!
They don t even get a star I paid for my moms tombstone and now I can get it. So disappointed and hurt by this. Horrible !!!
They say they read the contract to you but they don't because there are certain things like they have no control over what the cemetery does in terms of the foundation but make it seem like it's an easy process....you need to ask everything pertaining to the monument. If you don't it seems as though they give you the run around....but I realuze they fall short in terms of ability to properly communicate what a customer needs to know so one can be informed....
I am pleased with their customer service. Not only are they professional but they're affordable too. I assure you you'll be pleased with this business.
Maybe 30 yrs ago when the father ran the business this place was worth it. Today the son Juan and the daughter Vickie run the place. Poor service, rude and insensitive is what you can expect from them. Today 9 families came into their place of business to complain and demand their money back. UniVision was out there with these families. I've been waiting for months for the inscription on my Aunts stone. Never again will I go to them. Please take your business else where. These people don't care, they will take your money, and give you the worst service for something so Important. Not even worth the one star.
Polanco monument stole my money. I purchased a Head stone on July 8. 2016. Until this day my beloved departed mother don't have a head stone. I just want my money back. I'm taking legal action against Polanco monument. I even called the media.
Please see Choose Joy's review, it expresses exactly my thoughts. I placed an order in June 2017, and as of this moment NOTHING has been placed in the cemetery. My actually rating for this business is a ZERO!!! It's not even worthy of one star.
I have to say that my experience was very pleasant.
I'm very happy with the work they did with my moms headstone. We were treated with dignity and respect. I checked around and their price was the best by far!!!I highly recommend them

Sadly having an issue with them now..my mom passed last year, purchased stone with cross same as the one on display in their tiny showroom..specifically said details I wanted..was assured it would look as I requested..stone was not shown to me before setting on grave and looked more like drawing on receipt.. It also took almost 6 months from time I payed to place stone..seeking to have matter rectified since Nov..Will post review of result..be forwarned for now..I wish I had
