Don't visit vizag Lalithaa Jewellery shop. 2 day continuously visited. Dont go with TV adds, In shop who are calling managers or leads are the worst behaviour and response.
this my personal experience. It is happening to everyone. who is visiting shop at evening onwords, Daily their card swiping is not working. Its problem with bank server they are saying. But if you pay scheme then they are accepting card. that bank is different.
So many designs reasonbel rates & sales mens good response good reserving and good respect.
worst experience i had with this shop in purchasing gold chain lot of explotation of customer done. once i purchased a gold chain there executive shown me some models i asked for long one he told at this weight only this length availabld so i preffered to go with later on next day i feel it very short and gone to shop again to exchange the chain for loong one by increasing weight, there another executive shown me long models at the same weight i got shocked. yesterday in the same shop where i was said with no availbilty today it is available, ok whatever i feel happy and decided to change then the explotation started they had removed wastage entirely from the price which i purchased last night instead of minusing the new wastage and charged full wastage for new one . i got looted 7000 in one day . the chain links are very delicate that on 2nd time usage itself the link got breaked at the hoon luckily it got dropped in to my shirt,very delicate manufacturing .

Not much as they said in tv shows. Some of Staff doesn't have proper product knowledge.
I can give a single star based on the issue that happened with me a few minutes back but I do see the facts that how the in-house team works with utmost respect towards the customers so I am giving a 3 star for this.
The way how security guard behaved with us is completely disrespectful. Even the co-workers didn't provide the management information to complain against his behaviour to the management. We have some good opinion on Lalitha brand and don't get that reputation spoiled by not looking into these kinda aspects. Hopefully, the management will seriously take care of this hospitality issue. Thank you!
