I would be wary of getting any type of insurance with them. They have kept trying to bill me for coverage that was cancelled months ago and then sending me all these overdue notices. When I tried to reach them to make sure that my insurance was cancelled, they had me going in circles trying to speak with "my insurance representative". Apparently you can only speak with a particular representative assigned to your account and not just any representative. I called and left voicemails multiple times. The receptionist was no help, even when I kept asking for any one else that could help me. Their customer service was trash and they make it impossible to actually speak with someone directly.
went to cancel my policy and a month later got a bill from the actual insurance company stating my policy was canceled due to no payment and the bill will go to collections, I called the company and informed them that I canceled the policy and they informed me that the agent never filed my cancelation.
Great service the coverage is incredible. Would recommend this company it s a very personal experience and was able to have all of my questions answered any time if the day.

I have had Progressive Insurance for over 15 years every time I contact this place they are of no assistance Wanda Ramsey was absolutely no help when you call all her or Geoffrey wants to do is to add something to increase the cost..USELESS..

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review after being with this company for 19 years. The customer service is so terribly bad as they do virtually nothing to take care of loyal customers. This past October I had knee surgery with a difficult recovery. I had misplaced my bill and the insurance lapsed. Of course, when I called I was able to reinstate part of it by paying the bill in full. Part of the insurance was not able to reinstated. When I questioned why, after 19 years, I was not given a courtesy call regarding the pending insurance lapse, the insurance agent gave me a ridiculous answer...She claimed she was legally bound by the insurance company to let the policy lapse without a courtesy call! I have since looked into this claim and found that it is completely false. I was under the impression that I hired this company 19 years ago to protect me and my family. Please beware.
Got a great quote and he beat all the other local big insurance company agents.
