Even one star is too much for their service. If you are a tenant looking for a place to rent out, I strongly advise you that you do not rent it if it is under the name of this company. You will be walking into trouble yourself. Worst service, never answering, slow process, well its the whole package. I am not sure about how they treat their landlord clients, but if you are a tenant, absolutely DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rebecca Foley your an awesome property manager! I've been renting for years. I have to say previous property managers don't come close to the awesome customer service and respect she gives at all times since I have been a tenant at Miller Road. Always keeps me informed if there is work to be done or if I have an issue she is onto it asap..no delay. For me what's important is relationships and when you are treated with respect as a tenant it means alot. Rebecca if there was an award for Property Manager of the century you would get my vote! Thank you for being an awesome property manager to me!

Rebecca at Point Property Management has to be the best property agent I've personally worked with as a tenant. She ensured that as tenants we were communicated to well, looked after in the property and didn't make a fuss when we requested something in the house needed fixing. My experience as a tenant with this company was 5 star and I would recommend them to anyone I know renting.

We have had our properties with Point Property since 2010 and it's been the best decision we have made in our property investment journey. Their response to any queries has been timely and always professional. They provide us with excellent regular communication, great feedback on the condition of the properties and will bring any areas of concern to our attention as soon as possible. For any large maintenance issues they have provided multiple quotes and manage the job well. We have done some major upgrades on one property which Point managed and did a brilliant job on. Most horrible service ever never responds or picks up call for what reason I don't understand why the property manager never picks up call every single day at anytime in the whole week the only reply they come up with is they are busy in the meeting
Point Property Managers were property managers of our Remuera family home while we were overseas for 2.5 years. We found them terrible, they advised that it was possible to contract out of a fixed term tenancy which we now know it is against the law. They also gave the wrong notice period and we lost 2 months rent as a result. I would not recommend them to look after your property.
Point Property have been fantastic. Rebecca is amazing and is super efficient at arranging contractors for repairs. They do regular flat inspections, however in our eyes thing is a good thing from our perspective (renters) and landlords. Absolutely recommend Point Property.
Prior to Point Property taking over approx. 1 year ago I had nothing but hassles trying to get things fixed or resolved (if ever). Now with Point Property things are sorted within a couple of days and done properly. My property manager is very easy to communicate with, she does what she say's she's going to do and when, PLUS she always follows up to ensure that everything is sorted. Would recommend Point Property again!!
This company has no idea what customer service is, be you a renter or a property owner. I have send emails via 2 sites, from my own personal email, sent txt messages, left phone messages and no body bothers to respond. This includes the head office where you can not reach anyone, just leave a message and hope someone can be bothered to return the call.
I know of people who had an appointment to view and waited 30 min before realising no one from this company was going to show. It is clear these people are only interested in making the commission, not interested in building a relationship or thinking of repeat business.
For owners, I know of an apartment block where the building manager has told me they have no apartments under $400 yet Allen Realty have one at $70 below this. The owner of this property is not getting market rates.
This company is sadly lacking in service to all their clients.
This company steals money from their clients in the name of cleaning & other bullshit half of my bond money was stolen by them just because their office was closed for 4 days due to public holiday so they charged me one week rent they have no idea about customer service they just want to take your money do yourself a favour & buy from other setate agency or private owners

Rebecca Foley has been our property manager for more than two years now and she has been outstanding. She is very respectiful, kind and works with a smile on her face. No issue is too big for her and she is very quick to respond. It is her caring heart that has made our tenancy a breeze. All I can say is a big "thank you".

Why do I have to give them at least a star? It's too MUCH!!!!PLEASE I hope that people DO NOT go to this management for asking or whatever. I was a client last 10months, they NEVER come to change anything, they don't answer the phone even i called them in working hours. The manager was texting me like she was busy. but she never give me calling back. I thought she was leaving to another city or wherever lol. Also, i never touched wrong anything i swear, they told me if anything i want to fix, they don't charge me at all. But what you have to know is only one thing that you CANT get your all deposit back.If half? then you were lucky and you struggled. I know she has done so many things. But hey, we are all clients who MUST be respected. But i am not sure she knows what it means. The funnist thing is she has moved and changed her management's name! You must think the reason why. :-)
Stay faaaaaar away from this company, a bunch of unprofessionals...you will be lucky to get all your bond back as a tenant. If anything, take it to Tribunal to sort it out. Better stick with the well known ones like Harcorts, Barfoot, etc who treat you with respect and professional Courtesy from day one. All the - S in this review is all true, this is our experience

Everything was already set out in a really understanding way to make the move in fast and easy. Also replies within minutes and have had no problem in communication. So far, so good Thanks Fred!

An amazing company, the best property manager I have ever had, always answers questions and goes above and beyond to help. Such a pleasure to be a tenant in one of your Hamilton properties.
We signed up to rent a property for 1 year fixed term through the property manager Janet however we were put on a 14 month contract to save themselves the Dec & Jan months without tenant's. Fair for Dec but they used the excuse of Jan being a festive month also.. load of it! House a shambles with visible gaps in nearly all doors/windows & the management a joke with months going on between sending complaints of broken stove etc. Before being fixed. Upon one routine house inspection our slider door was left unlocked, bathroom light & fan left on & a set of keys to our home left in the front door. They refused to note a complaint for this also. Avoid this business at all costs! Absolutely not worth the hassle & stress!
Unsure if they are disorganised or lazy. Property inspections were incomplete. They informed me that my property was being leased to one person. The photos from the inspections showed otherwise. I queried them on multiple occasions about this issue. After several months, they finally looked into this. Turns out there were 5 persons living in my property.
Been working with Fosi as my property manager from Point Property Management for over 2 years now. He is very experienced and professional, and always willing to go that extra mile to assist me and to solve unexpected problems that may arise. Terrible Property management system, we need to daily follow up on house issues Janet does no response to emails or calls, no solutions to issues presented on rental properties, no respect for tenants.
Rebecca has been our Property manager for a little over 9 months, taking over from the original manager. She has done a great job communicating and arranging maintenance done in a timely manner. She was our second property manager and restored our faith in the role of property managers from the original manger we had. As a company during the transition Point Property Management did a very poor job letting us know there had been a change of manager and who we needed to talk to. The company poor communication during this time was frustrating and stops them getting 5 stars. As a company I would consider dealing with them again and I would be happy having Rebecca as my property manager wherever she was working.
My point of contact has been Fred Ofa and I have found him and Point Property a pleasure to deal with and will most certainly utilise their services in future. Very able, competent , proactive and receptive to our requirements
I have found Rebecca Foley to be most helpful and accommodating in the management of my investment property. The property has just been sold and Rebecca has dealt well with all the demands of RE Sales people, tenants and others involved in the disruptions of a property sale. She has arranged the house to be left in a most presentable condition for the new owners. Always cheery and helpful. Firstly all the 'so-called' 5 star reviews here are totally fake as . We had a very disappointing end to renting with Point Property. This used to be called 'Allen Reality' however a lot of the previous staff (who were more efficient, trust worthy and friendly had left or moved on) we had gone through over 4 x property managers in our time here and found point property to be rather incompetent in handling various issues at our rental property. Wanting tenants to be available at inconvienient times to sort problems out, keep putting the rents up etc and taking too long to sort out problems. Be careful when speaking to a louise Tanners as she is rude, arrogant and not fit worthy to be a 'property manager' also will hang up the phone call on you and suddenly say 'she is out of da office'. Many other decent rental agencies to rent from - our advice would beavoid this outfit at all costs. In fact some mates advised us to avoid this outfit but alas we didn't listen :-(
On the up side of things there was one or two staff whom were great and were most helpful but sadly the 'horse had already bolted' and the damage had been done by the rude louise tanners. Well done Louise you just ruined and damaged a 4year tenancy agreement in 2-3min conversation with you hanging up on me and avoiding me calls you arrogant fool.
Point have failed to carry out out my requirements when signing a client and even though it was written down neither the agent nor her superior could find it and maintained no such condition existed. When I showed the conditions to them from information they supplied Point have not responded. They have accused me of not telling the truth. I was able to disprove this but nothing has been heard from Point as usual. They fail take responsibility nor are they transparent and do not even enforce the terms in their own contract. There are other failings also. They have cost me considerable amounts of money due to the agents failings in the past. A horror company that has even overcharged me in fees. I am changing to Wendell.
I learnt my lesson to never go under this agent as a Tenant. A lot of my valuable time was wasted by their apalling service. Very disorganised - they made a lot of mistakes esp. when they coudn't keep track of our water payment lol. Idiots!!
We have done many of jobs for point property with Lyn Hopkins property manager. She has always been very professional and always returns our calls and follows up the job from issuing to billing or following up with quotes to landlords. Great property management group.
If I could give Point Property 0 stars for a review I would. Absuoluely disgusting service. There professionalism is second to none, they don t listen to tennants and they deserve there license to be taken off them.
I m warning anyone now, it s not even worth signing a tenancy agreement if Point Property are the property managers.
Pathetic company to deal with. Highly unprofessional and impossible to get hold of. Be it the Property Manager or Management least bothered to listen to their customers. We were their Tenants and the Property Manager Fosi Papao is the worst of all. He never responds to email. Send unnecessarily letters. Any verbal agreement with any of them will be denied later. Best to keep everything with them in written and keep record of everything in Pictures, Recording etc as they are not trustworthy at all. Emailing their management will also be a waste of time as they dont care or respond to complaints or customer's concerns.The review put by Allan previously about his company is useless and is false. No one from this company will listen to customers specially tenants once they are stuck with them. At the moment we are chasing this company from a month to get our bond money back and looks like property manager and the company is taking so much time to find more reasons to keep all the bond money with them and least bothered to update/reply us on bond refund even after 15 phone calls and regular emails from our side. We will never recommend anyone to deal with this company. They must have paid people to put good reviews for them.
Hi Louise, Since I can not put another review here. Hence more to this one. We understand it takes time but getting no response at all from your Company has been a forever case. Fosi never replied to our queries while in our Tenancy. We tried to raise this with you but never got a reply back. We didnt mind you taking time to process your deductions but one should have the Courtesy to reply to email or update the customer on the status atleast after 4 or 5 emails or calls.
Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I was passed around three three different agents in the first week, and then given a completely new agent two weeks later. They say everything to get you to sign up, but then go back on their word after you've signed the contract. I was called a liar by one of their senior management team, although I have email and text proof that I was telling the truth. They also gave the tenants my contact details so I felt hassled by them too. They really don't care about you after you've signed the contract. Moved to a different property management company now and had the best service ever from this new company.
Fred from Point Property Management has been appointed by Gopal's Family Trust to manage the trust properties, since the last four months he has been looking after the trust properties. During this period, the trust found him to be very reliable and trustworthy in managing the trust's properties. He is very cooperative and keeps the trust informed in all the matters on a day to day basis. As far as the trust is concerned, he is an asset to the trust. His feedback on the rental properties is fantastic.
I've been renting with Point Property for over 6 years and the experience I've had with them has been amazing. Rebecca Foley is a awesome property manager. Any issue I had it was resolved. Hello Divya. I am very disappointed that you have had a bad experience with your Property Manager Fosi, as Fosi is generally very thorough and obliging to his Tenants. As you are aware it took some time to resolve the issue with contractors around the stains left by your flatmate on the bedroom carpet and we apologise for the delay, which unfortunately delayed the refund of your bond. The good news is, we did not deduct any money from your bond for this. We wish you well with your new tenancy.
We have just recently ended our tenancy through point property after almost 4 years as we moved cities, I was actually really sad lol I loved our house and loved having Rebecca as our property manager, she's awesome and finally got the ball rolling, getting drains fixed after taking over from someone I'm sure would have left a decent list but the challenge was taken on with a good laugh and dealt with. Will always be fond memories and good story! Thanks for everything Rebecca your a legend and great at your job, with real people skills!
I've had a property listed with Allens for close to 5 years now and have found them to be fantastic to deal with. I wanted my rental property to be completely "hands free" as I run my own busy business and don't want the hassles associated with property management. The Allens approach and service offering has been exceptional, I know if any concerns arise, whether its maintenance, tenants moving out or missed rents etc, the property managers are onto it straight away and keep me in the loop with whats happening. Their access to quality trades people to get jobs done quickly and competitively priced is also great piece of mind. Since owning the property I have had 3 different tenants living in it and I have yet to have a weeks rent missed or damage to my property. In my view that's outstanding.
