I would rate them a minus if I could. Very unprofessional. Once your house is sold they don't care to fix issues, they don't follow up, they cancel, they're rude, they have no shows - they're intimidating.
Warning!! Make sure you sign up with Tarion Warranty!!! This is your only saving grace to get issues fixed with Podium.
