Initially a skeptic, I had to change my mind. I ate one of the best cacio e pepe I have ever tasted plus the typical antipasti with the inevitable roast pork. All in the cool of the Castelli. Fraschetta prices. What more could you want on a hot summer evening?

Fantastic cuisine, plentiful cutting board and excellent quality, first courses, extremely good Roman classics and generous portions. The only flaw, the latter are not accompanied by a side dish that must be taken separately, but the latter are also of quality. Really excellent.

Great and plentiful food, we took a "Antipasti" menu and when the last courses arrived we were about to burst! Excellent the porchetta, the tripe, the beans with sausages, the hot scamorza wrapped in ham ... overall all good beyond the average.
Friendly, punctual service, average prices for this type of restaurant ( 25 per person, including drinks). Recommended for an evening with friends.

Those who come here expecting a restaurant are completely wrong. It is a tavern where the service is poor but very nice and kind, the dishes are exceptional and the asking price low (with less than 20 euros you can have: appetizers of all kinds, typical Roman first course, nonstop wine, coffee, limoncello and donuts) the environment is familiar and fun. Yes, those who seek silence and tranquility should abstain.

We found this place in Ariccia at the suggestion of our Roman friend, who wanted us to taste the Ariccia porchetta. . we called and we were 15 people ... we arrived, the appetizer was something spectacular ... all very good ... as well as the first ... GREAT APPRECIATION ... CARBONARA GLUTEN FREE FOR ME !! !! the portions are abundant ... and really excellent, they use quality products. The place is small, but it's worth it, as you eat very well, and you spend the right amount, the staff is all very kind and friendly. If we still pass through here ... we will be happy to come back !!! Thank you, because we felt at home and pampered!

Best food in Ariccia and Luca the owner of the fraschetta, Is Always kind and friendly and offer you the best quality food in the area... great service with the waitresses and waiter which offered us a great service and a beautiful night.....really recommend in specially because we had a celiac person with us and Luca was more then ready to help us out making sure this person was having the same service and experience we were having.....thank you so much for your hospitality and your hard job....I go there every year when I'm in Rome and i have to say nothing place is I. we happened upon this small restaurant by chance and we were amazed the fast service the hot dishes the owner ugly but nice the girl who served nice and very sweet, the cook would like her at home for how good she is, needless to say we ate scary good and fresh food, the first I have no words to describe them, what to say I will return often. at the price more than fair, highly recommended
