PMG Services provided false information that was included in a contract for the sale of a condo and Villas at Stonecreek. Maggie Story who is responsible for Escrow information for PMG services has confirmed over the phone that they indeed provide incomplete and false information which directly let to addition charges for myself, the seller of the condo. PMG services has refused to put the owner of the company on the phone to discuss the issue and is very combative and unprofessional. PMG services omitted a Reserve Contribution to the Villas at Stonecreek Association fee of $908.45 from their discloser to my real estate agent, which now the title company says I have to pay half of that amount. $454.22. It the contract that was written up based on the false information, the buyer and seller(myself) agreed to split the disclosed fee titled: Working Capital Contribution to the Villas at Stonecreek. A separate line item in the contract. PMG is wrapping both of those line items together to cover for their mistake in the documentation they sent to the title company.

For the past six years I've served on the board for my homeowners association. It has been my pleasure during this time to work with Julie Cowand our community manager at PMG Services. Her attention to detail, accessibility and care for her communities/clients is evident in all her actions. Julie's expertise in managing communities and ensuring that the neighborhoods are well taken care of has made our jobs on the board easier!

This is the shadiest and most unprofessional management company we have had to deal with as a community..We have to deal with potential voter fraud because we all know our write ins won this last election!! We have to deal with cheap pool furniture that cost our community a small fortune. We had to deal with an above ground tomb erected that is supposedly our planter in the front of our gate that costs our community thousands of $$$..Not to mention the little sign in the planter that had to be submitted to the city of Mesa 3 times so it was correct cost our community again thousands of $$$ That we didn t even get a chance to vote on as homeowners...we have to deal with going across the street to a dump to have our monthly meetings because we don t have any amenities..We pay a lot to live in our community and the president of our board would know this if she was an Active realtor, instead Margeret doesn t put on the ballots that she is actually inactive and has been for awhile..The spending that this management allows for our community is egregious for what we actually get. 6/22/2020And Owner who responds to All of these Terrible reviews are we all wrong and you re the one that s right ?? we did already go to the office and check the ballots and the envelopes, 1 was late so that one doesn t count and @ 6 were missing envelopes so we asked for the sign in sheet in which Megan informed us that we didn t have a right to see it and then Maggie chimed in stating that we would have to make an appt to see the sign in sheet , That is shady !!

I was screamed at when I called to get a copy of a form. I am just trying to comply with the rules regarding registering a tenant and Maggie screamed at me. I asked her what exactly she needed from me and she just shouted over and over "I already told you!!" I work with PMC companies all over the valley, and this level of unprofessionalism was pretty mind blowing. My client is elderly and unable to log in online and she just kept yelling at me to have him go online.

Absolutely terrible, they refuse to do any road maintenance whatsoever and simply say that they are trying to raise funds even though the issue has been lingering for over a decade

They have got to be the worst property management company in the world and they regularly engage in discriminatory practices against their members, they literally spend money for absolutely nothing and I wish I could have known this before we bought our home, I would never I repeat never purchase a home maintained by these awful people

You d be better off buying a timeshare in Auschwitz circa 1943 with the last name of Schwartz

Hello, I am a brand new homeowner and have some su...

Hello, I am a brand new homeowner and have some suggestions for you in regards to homeowners making their homeowner association payments.
1. Why does there have to be 2 separate websites to view my account and make payments. I do not blindly want to make a recurring payment without viewing my account balance which is why I never sign up for recurring payments for anything. It is extremely difficult and time consuming for the average person to navigate both of these websites to figure out how to simply 1. View my account balance and charges and then 2. Make one simple click to make a one time payment. That is not possible with how your current website and payment system is set up. I would suggest making this process easier to navigate.
2. Make it easier for a customer/homeowner to be able to reset their password if forgotten. I followed the instructions given to me in the welcome letter last month to make May's payment by using the account number and initial password code to set up my account. I then made my own password for the account. Now I am trying to log in on PMG services website to view my account balance and charges and I must have done something wrong because it is not recognizing my email address and password. I clicked on forgot password and it says I dont have an account with that email address and/or account number. I was successfully able today to log on to your completely separate website with Alliance Association Bank to make a payment. But I do not want to make a payment without viewing my account as I am a new homeowner still and just getting started with making these payments. Maybe you could allow me to reset my password on your website with more identifying information or something because just by entering my account number and email apparently its not valid and I cant get help to sign in.
3. Would be helpful to have an automated phone system also for ability to make payments via checking account or debit/credit card. I called your office and are only open monday through Thursday , some sort of automated phone payment would help customers.
Bottom line the average middle aged person like me who has children and works does not have time in their day to navigate to 2 separate websites to make one payment and view account balance/charges that has a very difficult password reset tool with no other options for help. I would like to spend my valuable time doing other things and I think your current account and payment is too time consuming and difficult to navigate. At least for me as a new homeowner. I hope you will be able to use these suggestions for some process improvement. Thank you for listening!!!

On Behalf of one of our Board Members - "I have worked with PMG as a Board member of our HOA and have been extremely impressed with their management approach. PMG has been quick to respond to questions and concerns. They have been very professional and hands-on. They have also been dedicated to resolving any potential problems in a timely fashion. I would absolutely recommend PMG to other HOAs looking for an organization to fulfill their property management needs."

Company is incredibly shady. Theyve hired a man with gang tattoos all over his forarms that drives around our park areas taking photos, following, and staring at paying residents. Many of us have complained to management and police and still the guy is out therr every day creeping everybody out. Water treatment in our lakes is atrocious, animals are dying everywhere and they take no responsibity. All the fish died in our lake this year and it took them weeks to clean it up, We just had tp deal with the sight and smell of thousands of dead fish. We pay good money to live here abd dont appreciate being constantly harassed by your creepy employee

For the second year in a row PMG promoted a Community Garage Sale to the homeowners of Cottage Grove Estates, then FAILED to notify the public, place signs at the main crossroads or open the community gate so shoppers could enter. I put a lot of work into set-up only to then be advised by a fellow homeowner that the gate was still locked. Thanks for NOTHING PMG. To bad there isn't a negative star rating.

This company is terrible and have the worst customer service. They Discriminate and make up fees to take as much money as they can. Meanwhile they leave a unsafe chain link fence up for overr 3 years where we used to have a tennis court and racquet ball. One star is more than i would give them its not a option to put no stars! Terrible i wish i knew before i bought my house.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. These people are useless. Need a new mail key? Not their problem. Pool and gate key doesn't work? Not their fault, pay for a new one. Gate doesn't open or close? They'll have it fixed next week. The HOA dues have increased 40 dollars in 8 years, but pest control is ALWAYS abysmal; scorpions, cockroaches, crickets, spiders, crane flies, cicadas, etc. Every phone conversation with their worthless staff ends with a "with all due respect" denial to help. They contract with local towing agencies to have condo owner's cars stolen from the curtilage of their homes, even though signs are not readily visible anywhere on the property, which is the law. Trust me, find another HOA; they are rude, unhelpful, and do nothing but attempt to levy bogus fines for things like parking in front of your unit to empty groceries and children, or setting something out front for a shipping pick up, both of which they have tried to charge me for. Not to mention they don't even make an effort to have recycling in the development. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, our neighborhood would be better off with another association who actually cares for more than just their coffers. To be honest, we could probably do more with the $175 a month if we handled everything as a community, instead of throwing our money away. Seriously, it's strongarm robbery.

05/09/2019 EDIT: With all due respect, perhaps educate yourself on defamation: slander is a false, SPOKEN statement. Libel is a false, WRITTEN statement. This is a review, an honest OPINION based on my experience and treatment, and your response is capricious and unprofessional. What I said was true: my car was wrongfully towed, the gates do malfunction consistently, there is a constant pest infestation problem, and I am definitely untrusting and suspicious of the rate hikes. Making my account "hostile" for simply publishing my displeasure with this HOA is retaliatory, unethical, and arbitrary. Seeing as the majority of reviews are also 1 star, it seems I am not the only one who shares a dissatisfaction with this "accredited" company.

I have worked closely with PMG staff for over nine years as a member of the Bella Vista Hoa Board of Directors. I have had an excellent experience with them. They have always been very professional, highly responsive and very supportive of our efforts. Significantly, whenever we had a particularly tough issue or decision to make they have provided the resources and advice we needed to manage the issue and make sound decisions. I would recommend them highly to other HOA s.

Working with Julie Cowand at PMG Services for our Horn Avenue Homeowners questions has always been a good experience. She s been friendly, fast and efficient every time we ve needed service. An email or phone call gets a prompt response. I consider her a Five Star.

However, I ve given PMG only 4 Stars because of the website. In my experience I ve found using the PMG website for checking our account or looking up something to be stiff and awkward for an occasional user. For example, a couple simple user-friendly options at the top to click for Check my Account or Latest News would be helpful.

Employees of PMG Services have posted Google reviews here. Those reviews are easy to locate, since they are the only ones with 5 stars (and all the legitimate reviews have only 1 star).

PMG Services has done a terrible job for the HOA, where I live. They are not responsive. Phone calls are rarely answered, and voice messages seem to disappear into a black hole. They do not track, and are unable to track progress on projects. Finally, they have engaged in politics with HOA board members, which is unacceptable and unethical.
