My experience with PMC has been top notch. Each interaction has been professional but also kind and warm. Delivery of medications has been on time with each driver giving a warm greeting, and each time feels like a trusted friend. I ve not had one issue with getting medications or of receiving them timely. Thanks to PMC for excellent service that not only honors God, but makes me feel honored too. Customer service has gone to the wayside, but not at PMC!!

I have used PMC Pharmacy for over 5 years. They are the most professional, dependable, and friendly group of people. I know their first names, that's how personable they are! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any of their medicine needs. Don't waste your time waiting in long lines or having to travel to yet another drug store--PMC pharmacy will deliver all of your meds to you! (And even the delivery men are nice!!)

I highly recommend PMC pharmacy for all your medication needs. EVERYONE is so knowledgeable, professional, kind and respectful with their customer service skills!
I can t praise them enough! They ALWAYS have my meds in stock and call at least a week in advance with a friendly reminder to schedule my delivery. Never an automated robot. I always get a friendly voice who confirms the medications I need and then tells me the delivery day for the next week. Works like a charm!! I always get another call the day before expected delivery with a window of time to expect delivery driver and they are always right on time, have NEVER been late! The delivery drivers are the best!! Very friendly yet professional in their handling of your meds, not like some delivery drivers who throw packages on your step and walk away. PMC employs the best delivery drivers...they always call to give you an approximate time of arrival, knock on your door, wear a mask(now with Covid), then hand package directly to you. They are a wonderful bunch of people!!
I honestly don t have one negative comment to say about PMC. Their system is flawless and their employees are amazing!!!

I ve been using PMC Pharmacy for several years now and would highly recommend them. So far I haven t had any real issues. The employees have always been friendly and polite. They ll call to let me know when my delivery will be. Or, if they have t received my script they ll call to see when my next appointment will be or to check if the doctor s office forgot to fax my script in. They re delivery drivers are also very pleasant and friendly. They call to let me know when I am the next delivery or when they are about 10 minutes out. Which is very helpful. There has also been a few times when the delivery time was not good for me and I had no problem having it changed.

My Doctor recommended PMC Pharmacy a few years ago when they were the only one making home deliverys and since I don't drive it was such a help. They are truly professional, caring group of people, call to remind me when I needt to make Dr. appointments, when I need new scripts and make sure I don't run out of medication especially when Holidays are coming around. When you call them you speak to a person and they do everything to help you.. I was and still am impressed with the service that I received from PMC.

I have been with PMC pharmacy for about a year. I have nothing but the best experience with PMC pharmacy. My medicine is alway delivered on time. Never have to wait for my medicine to be delivered to the store like the big well known pharmacies.

Customer service is always ready to go out of there way to help you. They are always very polite and friendly. You never feel like you are bothering them like some of the bigger pharmacies. When they say they will call you back they do.

The delivery men are the greatest. Jerry and Steve make sure they are on time and they both are the nicest people you could ever meet.

I tell everyone how great this service is. No more waiting hours, days and weeks for your medicine. It is always on time.

Even with corona virus PMC worked very hard to make sure deliveries were on time. They did a very good job.

PMC Pharmacy has been a lifesaver for me. I move around quite a bit and receiving my meds by mail is the only option. This company is a pleasure to work with. They are always professional, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to solve any issues that may arise. Communication is vital and they excel in that.

There is a lot to be said about a company like this that will treat you like a person, (a 1st name friend), rather than a number.

PMC has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. The girls in the front office are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

I have had a spinal cord injury for 16 years. I have dealt with multiple pharmacies with regard to prescription and medical supplies always with an issue or worse, harsh judgement. The team at PMC is an extension of your family. They actually care about your health and well being. They are incredibly proactive with medications, refills and even substitutions when required. My physician told me about them three years ago and I will never go anywhere else for medications. I am forever grateful having them as a solid and reliable resource during this journey I have been on for quite some time.
