Helpful place who gave me good advice and made a appointment to see someone to help fill out pip form.

I was initially introduced to to Disability Direct by Derby Carers Assoc. back in 2017 to help with the PIP appeal process..2 years on we have finally been to court and won our case. I am very grateful to Rob for his help, advice and continued support in this matter. He has a wealth of information surrounding welfare/benefit rights and I would urge anyone in a similar situation to go and see him. Thanks for everything Rob :)

They are a good community service, that offers great support to disabled people across Derby, and run by very good people

Brilliant place staff are lovely and helpful. Rob Barfield helped me and my Son with a court case against Personal Independent Paymemt and we won the case. I would recommend this place
