Very bad pastry course, assistance from the NULLA training, a teacher not up to par, I taught myself how to explain and teach better (words of other professors), timetable problems with lessons, canceled after the first module due to lack of teachers , following modules moved after Easter, crediting the money for the modules not carried out (not because of me) but with the necessary deductions ..
My experience was very bad this does not mean that the teachers and other courses are not up to par but I literally HAD money, the "basic" course is really basic if you have never even picked up a whisk or spatula, save and use the internet if you can at least turn on the oven, it's not worth spending money on this course.

In the last period I took part in the general accounting and budget drafting course, held by prof. Filippo and prof. Alexander. I couldn't be more satisfied with that. The lessons, although long, are never boring. Filippo is a great entertainer who makes a topic that, for many, might seem boring, into something interesting. Friendly, witty and very competent, he made us have a wonderful time! Alessandro, on the other hand, although more reserved than Filippo, was able to "hold the stage" in an equally professional way, always bringing us very relevant practical examples and letting us do exercises in order to finally be able to put into practice what we had learned in theory. Filippo's super quizzes are fundamental, which always keep you alert, the comparison between the Matrix and the learning of accounting and the super example on the Macine that, I think, we will always remember! I recommend it !!

I attended the pastry course cured in every detail. The teacher is an exquisite and very prepared and attentive person in everything.

I enrolled in December 2019 for the pastry course (Brescia) which should have taken place in a month and a half (12 lessons, precisely two per week between February and March 2020). It was then changed to 1 meeting per week and then extended until April 2020.
I attended only two lessons because the course was then interrupted due to Covid-19.
I specify that for the entire module of lessons I paid 900 euros!
After almost a year of reimbursement reminders, they sent us 599 in the form of a voucher; doing the calculations I spent 300 euros for the only two lessons I was able to attend.
The professionalism of this company is non-existent and their way of handling these situations is embarrassing. Advice to those looking for a training course: turn to more serious people who do not disappear for months with your money without any explanation

I attended the pastry course organized by Pm Formazione, it was a really good experience, the teacher was very prepared, the topics covered were perfectly explained, in fact many of the times I repeated at home what I had learned.
An excellent relationship was established immediately with the other participants of the course, so at the end of the course, in addition to having learned a lot of techniques regarding the sector, I also made good friends. I attended the online make up course. The course was interesting and allowed me to acquire the skills it set out to achieve. Despite the difficulties of an online course, the lessons were interesting and stimulating, thanks also to the presence of the teacher, Giulia Berardinelli, who was thorough and professional, generously making her knowledge available.

I attended the pastry course and I had a great time. excellent structure and very professional teacher, very helpful and always ready to answer all our questions. I learned a lot. I would definitely do a course with PM TRAINING again. really very professional.

It was an interesting course, we were shown the general accounting and its principles, theoretical and practical bases useful for understanding the various records and the overall trend. Including exercises and material. In a continually updated world, even accounting is not exempt. It was a good course.

I am happy to have done the pastry course, fun and educational experience! I recommend to everyone

I did the pastry course in Reggio Emilia ...... I put a Star alone and only because I was happy with the teacher we had, but otherwise I wouldn't give even 1 ... we did the course in a kitchen really little equipped, we had to take almost everything from home, with an oven that cooked very badly ... made present to the Pm and obviously nobody calculated me, neither to me to my classmates .... besides having changed to also sudden the dates of the course when it had already begun ... something that made me uneasy because I work the evening ... finished the course from 2 weeks and still it is not seen the shadow of the certificate .... little serious

Tomorrow evening I will finish the course of business management with Prof. Filippo Aragone .. very satisfied .. I will also do the second part in September ..

Very bad! Spent a lot of money to learn very little! They have not been consistent with the program and since they understand that you are not satisfied, they respond with difficulty to the emails! Very very disappointed! It is not a pastry course but of sweets for cooking and those that are badly made too!

THE ACCOUNTING COURSE WAS VERY USEFUL TO LEARN THE CONCEPTS AND THE BASIC MECHANISM OF ACCOUNTING. HE ALSO KNOWN TO GIVE A VERY USEFUL PRACTICAL FOOTPRINT FOR THE WORLD OF WORK.

I enrolled in the pastry course in Brescia, I only attended two lessons because then the whole situation of covid-19 happened, the organization to date has NEVER responded to my reports on the request for reimbursement for all the money I spent , has done and is, pretending nothing happened.
So to those who turn to them, DON'T DO IT, they are incompetent people who don't even try to help you solve the problem, I'm really disappointed.
The only positive thing I liked was the teacher who was also available outside the course for the rest REALLY BAD !!

I did the barman and cafeteria courses I found myself very well, I liked it I learned so many things thanks to the teacher who was also super prepared to answer all the questions

I attended the cooking class !! I had a great time! I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn and deepen their knowledge in the kitchen !! An unforgettable experience is treated very seriously !!! Cooking is an art, only by learning you can discover it !!
