I showed up for day one of orientation. The owner of the company Marion was very active and energetic. However, when he brought up politics it was a red flag. Day one I let it go by as a one off. However, day two rolled around. He decided to talk politics yet again. I did not appreciate being lied to or the environment that was created while discussing such topics. As soon as he mentioned Hillary Clinton being a " b word " and how Trump was able to pull that out of her to show the country that is what she was. I decided right then and there, I was not having any more of this company or supporting the owner and its mission. If you feel that comfortable to divide a group of recruits and discriminate against women you willl never have my support. Garbage.
Would not recommend this company to anyone the training is very bad and the environment well it needs some work to say the least. I was lead to believe that the base pay was going to be 12 dollars plus commission that was not the case far from it. Never felt like I could move up in the company at all. They lie about pay and you are lead to believe you will be making 60K plus a year if you wrk hard. Stay far away it s a waste of your time. The health insurance isn t that good either.
