Received a cold call from one of the sales reps. Seemed interested at the start untill i asked what they actually do, how they would drive business my way, could they send me an email or give me details so i can have a look at them before making an appointment to make sure we dont waste each others time.
Was more concerned about making an appointment and talking over me untill i would commit a time. Eventually had to bid farewell after asking them to stop as i was talking and being told Im talking too. Forceful sales isnt the way to act with a cold lead. Website and reviews look good otherwise

I have been working with Plum Direct Marketing for nearly 8 months. For my company website and a number of side projects they have been fantastic partners. Liz and her team of experts are thorough and expedient with their responses. What I find refreshing is they consistently offer feedback and alternative suggestion to what I thought I wanted or needed. Being able to offer a different perspective means they have taken the time to learn About my business. That is very impressive

Very nice people, but...I tried making several requests over the past few months from adjusting the contact info on the front page of my site, to getting pictures in my gallery that Plum uploaded sideways or upside down, to adding language in my website statement or about page and was told either it would be taken care of or that was how it needed to stay. I decided to cancel my subscription now rebranding to Olly Olly before the new year holiday and my monthly fee was charged on the 2nd but did not speak to anyone verbally per the contract until the 4th. I was told they will not refund any money since I was 2 days late after the fee was charged over the new year holiday. I basically had a website built from Plum now Olly Olly from September 2020 to December 2020 for $2000 which generated me nothing but a bunch of sales calls from other marketing firms. Pretty disappointed as the seemed very professional and easy to talk to. Maybe my account wasn't big enough to be bothered with any of my requests, which is probably why there was no fight in letting me go. This is the first review I have posted and I am a pretty easy going guy with a small electrical contracting company. Maybe they are a fit for some people...

They just switched to Olly Olly. I have to say they sounded good at first when I received the sales call with all the promises they made, so far they have been horrible. Even after switching brand names to Olly Olly, the follow up is horrible, can t answer a lot of my questions, are not on top of things, I have to chase these people so they can show us some work progress. I guess our account is too small for them to put too much time. I will not be using them after this month, horrible SEO company.

It started with a phone call. The sales rep was very smart and informative and showed me a lot of things I didn t know about my website and SEO listings. I was convinced they could do a better job for me and my companies. I paid $300 to get started. Little did I know it would take them two weeks just to schedule a 30 minute intake call to start this process. Then an additional 3 weeks minimum to build the website. Unacceptable. After this I joined with Hibu. Hibu did my intake call IMMEDIATELY after I paid and signed on. My campaign was live and running within 3 days. If you are considering using plum direct marketing please read and listen to these reviews. I wish I would have. I m out $300 and 3 hours of my valuable time. If you need a marketing company that will work hard for you, push boundaries and meet deadlines this isn t the one.

Power Moves did not give us any run-around, no extra charges, they were punctual and efficient. I would use them again.
