Great job. Came at time expected. Jerome and his assistant were thoroughly courteous & professional. They confirmed the issues to be addressed, proceeded to complete the installation, and cleaned the area. It was as if the plumbing elves had come and left a shiny new toilet in our bathroom.
We had an old, leaking garbage disposal. We got an appointment within 3 business days. Jerome was on time, pleasant and professional. Within an hour we had a new disposal installed for $600.

Kim was a pro asked the right questions fixed the problems I had, he found a small ongoing leak that would have cost thousands to fix non of the other guys that came out in the past months directed it . He went above and beyond to help me understand the solutions he came up with, saved me money and was very fair.
I am never going to be using the other big companies they send out guys that don t know the job.
plumbworks came to install a sink-we had used them for several years- the installation was a DISASTER---totally scratched with deep gauges - leaking from the back---just a poorly perfromed job- we asked a supervisor to come out---promptly came to look and assured us that this type fo work was not acceptable and they would send out a different plumber to fix the problems---NEVER hear fromthe m again---call,, call, call---NOTHING. Truly pathetic----you can find a much better business than this one

Kim from plumbworks did work on my home to relocate washer water hookups and drain. He was quick with his work and offered other ways to solve the problem at hand. The job was tricky but they got it done for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Plumb works was very prompt, efficient, and thorough. Extremely professional and followed protocols for masking etc. They walked me through the repairs and left my bathroom spotless. I would highly recommend them.

I schedule an appointment with the Plumb works and the customer service lady told that I need to pay $69 to get the estimate of the work. If I hire them to do my work then $69 will be waived. So, I decided to try them after reading reviews.
But it was a very wrong decision, the technician Name Andrew came, first of all without the shoe cover, so I requested to take shoes off and he did that, then without checking anything, he is telling me that I need to sign an agreement, I asked what it is for. He said this is for agreeing to pay $224. I asked is this the repair cost? He said no, this is to get the estimate, I said then what is for $69? He now saying this is the added fee to diagnose. I said what? Then I said well I need to call to your office. I called and they kept telling me that sometimes there will be additional fees to diagnose the actual issue. I asked then why I am paying $69? They now changed their word and saying that just the dispatch fee. I had no clue before they come about this additional fee.
I even sent the pics and videos of the issue and the technician didnt even bother to turn on the washer to see the actual problem but just giving this random number. I got really disappointed as I am a student and paying $69+$224 is just to get the estimate to repair seems super ridiculous.
Then the office lady called the technician and he was talking very badly about me with her, and was so rude in behavior. Then the lady called me and I said, I dont want to pay $69 for not getting any quote and dont want to pay $69 as this is making no sense to me.
So, then she called the technician and advice them to leave my property. The main technician Andrew was super rude and very unprofessional. Just wasted my time.
Please give me a second thought before hiring this pro. The other technicians in this company may be good but surely not the one they sent to me.

Jerome was my service tech and he not only installed a new toilet but was also very helpful jn repairing a few other plumbing issues. He was honest, timely, courteous and paid attention and provided exceptional service. I would refer their service to anyone and also will come back to them for any plumbing work I will need in the future
